An optoelectronic sensor for detecting objects in a monitored zone is provided, wherein the sensor has a scanning unit that is movable about an axis of rotation and that has a plurality of scanning modules accommodated therein for a periodic scanning of the monitored zone and for a generation of corresponding received signals and that has a control and evaluation unit for acquiring information on the objects from the received signals; and wherein the scanning modules each comprise a light transmitter for transmitting a light beam and a light receiver for generating a respective received signal from the light beam remitted by the objects. A respective mirror element is here associated with the scanning modules to set an angle of elevation of a respective scanning plane detected by a scanning module with respect to a central scanning plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation.

Optoelectronic sensor and method of detecting objects in a monitoring zone

An optoelectronic sensor (), in particular a laser scanner, for the detection of objects in a monitored zone () having a more than one scanning plane is provided which comprises a light transmitter () for the transmission of a light beam (), a drive () for generating a rotational movement, a deflection unit () rotatable about an axis of rotation () by the drive () for the periodic deflection of the light beam (), a light receiver () for generating a received signal from the light beam () remitted or reflected from the monitored zone (), and comprising an evaluation unit () which is configured for the detection of the objects on the basis of the received signal, wherein the deflection unit () can be tilted in order to vary the scanning plane. In this connection the drive () tilts the deflection unit () at the same time as the rotational movement.

Optoelectronic sensor for the detection of objects

A detection system () is provided for installation at a conveyor belt () having at least one detection sensor () for detecting object properties of objects () conveyed on the conveyor belt () and having an evaluation unit () for outputting object information derived from the object properties at a definable output point () of the conveyor belt (). An apparatus, in particular a code reader, for the recording of images of objects () moved on a conveyor device (), wherein the apparatus includes a line sensor (), in particular a line camera, which can scan objects line wise for the generation of image data of the surfaces, as well as a speed determination device (), which can determine the speed of movement of the objects () with respect to the line sensor () or their conveyed distance. At the same time an evaluation unit () is provided, which is adapted to match the recording frequency of the line sensor () to the speed of movement.

Apparatus and method for the recording of images of objects moved on a conveyor device

A connector module for the connection of a sensor, such as an optoelectronic sensor, to a fieldbus, having a sensor interface for the connection of the connector module to an interface of the sensor, a bus interface for the connection of the connector module to an interface of a fieldbus and a circuit for the exchange of data to receive data from the sensor interface and to convert them with respect to their format and to output the converted data at the bus interface. The circuit for the exchange of data includes a memory for the intermediate storage of a sensor-specific control file or description file received from the sensor interface, with the control file or description file being able to be processed in the circuit such that the connector module shows the behavior of the respective connected sensor with respect to the fieldbus.
