A method and system for delineating document and/or subdocument boundaries and identifying document and/or subdocument types, the method comprising: automatically generating at least one identifier for identifying which of a plurality of document and/or subdocument images belongs to which of a plurality of categories. The method and/or system optionally may include automatically categorizing a plurality of document and/or subdocument images into a plurality of predetermined categories in accordance with classification rules for said categories.

Automatic document separation

An efficient method and system to enhance digital acquisition devices for analog data is presented. The enhancements offered by the method and system are available to the user in local as well as in remote deployments yielding efficiency gains for a large variety of business processes. The quality enhancements of the acquired digital data are achieved efficiently by employing virtual reacquisition. The method of virtual reacquisition renders unnecessary the physical reacquisition of the analog data in case the digital data obtained by the acquisition device are of insufficient quality. The method and system allows multiple users to access the same acquisition device for analog data. In some embodiments, one or more users can virtually reacquire data provided by multiple analog or digital sources. The acquired raw data can be processed by each user according to his personal preferences and/or requirements. The preferred processing settings and attributes are determined interactively in real time as well as non real time, automatically and a combination thereof.

Systems and methods of processing scanned data

A method for routing a confirmation of receipt of a facsimile or portion thereof according to one embodiment of the present invention includes analyzing text of a facsimile; detecting at least one document feature of the facsimile based on the analysis; comparing one or more detected document features to a plurality of document features, each of the plurality of document features corresponding to one or more known document types; and routing the confirmation to one or more destinations based on at least one of the comparison and the analysis. Systems and methods for routing a facsimile confirmation based on content

A method for routing a confirmation of receipt and/or delivery of a facsimile or portion thereof according to one embodiment includes generating text of a facsimile in a computer readable format; ascertaining one or more of a significance and a relevance of at least a portion of the text by locating one or more keywords in the text, wherein at least two of the keywords are not adjacent in the text; analyzing the text for at least one of a meaning and a context of the text; and routing at least one confirmation of receipt and/or delivery of the facsimile to one or more confirmation destinations based on the analysis. Additional disclosed embodiments include systems and computer program products configured to similarly route confirmation of receipt and/or delivery of a facsimile or a portion thereof.

A method includes storing raw or normalized video data in a computer accessible storage medium; analyzing portions of the video data with a first analytic engine to: determine whether the raw video data is within a first set of parameters; and generate with the first analytic engine a first set of processor settings; processing the raw or normalized video data with the first set of processor settings; and analyzing portions of the processed data with a second analytic engine to determine whether the processed data is within a second set of parameters; generating with the second analytic engine a second set of processor settings to reprocess the raw or normalized video data, sending the second set of processor settings to the first analytic engine; and reprocessing the raw or normalized video data with the first analytic engine using the second set of processor settings.

Data classification using machine learning techniques

A method and system for delineating document boundaries and identifying document types by analyzing digital images of one or more documents, automatically categorizing one or more pages or subdocuments within the one or more documents and automatically generating delineation identifiers, such as computer-generated images of separation pages inserted between digital images belonging to different categories, a description of the categorization sequence of the digital images, or a computer-generated electronic label affixed or associated with said digital images.
