An alignment device for a tibial resection guide includes a clamping device having at least two clamping elements acting against one another for clamping the distal end of a tibia of a patient. A contact device for contacting the proximal end of the tibia includes a tool guiding device for guiding a tool during the resection of the tibia. A telescopic device is separably connected to the contact device and adjustably connected to the clamping device. The telescopic device is designed to align the contact device and clamping device with respect to the tibia. The telescopic device has a decoupling device configured to separate the contact device from the telescopic device when activated. The clamping elements are designed such that the telescopic device can be removed from the tibia with one hand after the decoupling device is activated.

The present invention relates to a knee joint endoprosthesis having a tibial component and a femoral component and a hinge joint for coupling the tibial component and the femoral component so as to be pivotal about a rotational axis, which hinge joint comprises a first joint element and a second joint element coupled therewith so as to be rotatable about the rotational axis, wherein a connecting device is provided having at least one first connecting element and at least one second connecting element for connecting the first joint element to the femoral component, which connecting device defines a connecting position, in which the at least one first connecting element and the at least one second connecting element are engaged in a at least one of non-positive- and positive-locking manner, and an assembly position, in which the first joint element and the femoral component are fully separated from each other.

The invention relates to a knee joint endoprosthesis has a tibia part, a femur part, a meniscus part arranged on the tibia part in mutually non-rotatable manner and a connecting device for connecting the tibia part to the femur part in articulated manner. Said femur part comprises at least one femur condyle having a femur condyle surface. Said meniscus part comprises at least one upper surface which faces the femur part and has at least one meniscus joint surface which touches the femur condyle surface of the at least one femur condyle. Said femur part and the tibia part are mounted such as to be rotatable relative to each other about a rotational axis.
