An actuator with a top plate comprises at least one duct opening for a respective electric contact pin. A contact stud carrier with a contact stud is placed over the contact pin. To prevent the possible ingress of plastic into the duct opening between a gap (s) between the contact stud carrier and the top plate during extrusion coating of the actuator or its top plate, according to the invention it is proposed that a sealing washer be located onto the open side of the duct opening of the top plate to provide a hermetic seal. As a result, the contact stud carrier can advantageously always be arranged independently of the thickness of the sealing washer such that a specified actuator length (L) can be precisely maintained. This simplifies the production process for the actuator and reduces its production costs.

The electronic-hydraulic transmission control module has a hydraulic plate, an electronic control unit, and a sensor. The sensor is caulked into a wall of an opening in the hydraulic plate forming a plastic deformation.

An electronic-hydraulic control device for gearboxes of vehicles, preferably motor vehicles, includes a housing in which an electronic unit for controlling magnetic valves is accommodated. The valves are supplied with a pressure medium. The housing has a magnetic housing part in which magnetic parts of the magnetic valves and the electronic unit of the control device are accommodated and which lies outside the gearbox, and a hydraulic housing part in which hydraulic parts of the magnetic valves are located and which is positioned at least partially inside the gearbox housing.

Electronic-hydraulic control device for transmission of vehicles, preferably of motor vehicles

A controller for motor vehicles has a component support with a sealed housing. A flexible printed circuit board is led through the housing onto a component support. Conductors embedded in the component support form an electrical contact with electrical components. When the controller is manufactured, conductors are embedded in the conductor support. The conductor support is attached to the component support. The electrical contacts between the components and the conductors are then manufactured. The conductor support can preferably be separated, and is therefore particularly movable.

Controller for a motor vehicle

The control device has a control circuit and a pressure sensor for measuring the hydraulic pressure in the gearbox. The control circuit and the pressure sensor are accommodated in a common housing. The housing has a metallic baseplate which is connected in a pressure tight fashion to a hydraulic unit of the gearbox and is provided with a bore hole through which pressure is applied to the pressure sensor. A carrier for the pressure sensor has a cylinder-like projection which is pressed into the bore hole in such a way that a pressure tight and frictionally locking connection is produced between the carrier and the baseplate as a result of the displacement of material. The pressure sensor can also be used to measure the intake vacuum of an engine.
