A system including one or more processors and one or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computing instructions configured to run on the one or more processors and perform generating a staffing demand; applying a smoothing algorithm to normalize the respective time intervals; rounding the respective minimum number of staff for the each of the staffing roles; analyzing the respective minimum number of staff across the staffing roles in the proposed staffing schedule for compliance with a ratio compliance standard; and transmitting the respective proposed staffing schedule to a respective interface of a respective user device for each of the one or more stores.
