A crate, such as for transporting egg cartons or other items, includes a base, opposed side walls and a rear wall extending upward from the base. A front wall opposite the rear wall is selectably moveable between a closed position and a retracted, open position. In the retracted position, access to the interior of the crate is provided. In one embodiment, the front wall includes a plurality of pivotably connected sections, such that the front wall can be retracted to provide access to the interior. A latch selectively prevents movement of the front wall to the retracted position.

A method for layering lenses includes: plasma treating a lens surface; applying a removable ink layer onto the lens surface; applying a base ink layer over the removable ink layer; applying at least one colored ink layer over the base ink layer; and removing the removable ink layer. Additional steps may include drying the lens, sealing the sides of the lens, and applying liquid to the lens before removing the removable ink layer.

Layered lenses and method of layering lenses

A waste container includes a handle rotatably mounted on the side wall. The handle includes a first grip at an outer end of a short arm and a second grip at the outer end of a long arm. The handle is rotatable relative to the waste container, between a first position where the first grip extends a first distance above an upper edge of the side wall of the waste container and a second position where the second grip extends a second distance above the upper edge of the side wall, with the second distance being substantially greater than the first distance. In this manner, the handle can be moved to the proper location for either pulling the waste container on its wheels or for emptying the waste container into the hopper of a truck.

A collapsible display container includes abase and a pair of opposed side walls each pivotably attached to the base. The side walls are orientable between an assembled position and a second position. At least one of the side walls includes a display member which is mounted to it. The display member is movable between an open position and a closed position. Thus, when the display member is in the open position and the at least one side wall is in the assembled position, the interior of the container is accessible through the at least one side wall.

Collapsible merchandising container

The collapsible container includes a plurality of side walls connected via hinges to a base. The side walls are moveable about the hinges between a collapsed position on the base and an upright, use position generally perpendicular to the base. Each of the hinges includes a hinge pin rotatably received within a hinge receiver. Each hinge pin includes at least one radial projection that abuts a portion of the hinge receiver when the side wall is in the upright position. The radial projection resists over rotation of the side wall and prevents the hinge pin from leaving the hinge receiver during the application of an over rotation force.

Collapsible container

A reinforced pallet includes a pallet body having a plurality of flexible support arms, each integrally molded adjacent one of the plurality of channels formed in the pallet body. Each of the flexible support arms is configured to flex outward away from the channel upon insertion of an elongated reinforcement member into the channel and to subsequently return to its own deformed position in the channel, thereby retaining the reinforcement member in the channel. In this manner, the reinforcement members can be inserted and locked in the pallet body in a single motion.

A wall structure for a container includes at least one band member which extends at least partially across the length of the wall structure proximate an upper surface of the wall structure and oriented substantially parallel thereto. The band member has a wave-like cross-section with a plurality of first peaks, adjacent and opposing second peaks, and inclined members extending between the plurality of first and second peaks. The plurality of first peaks of the wave defines a first surface of the wall structure, and the opposing second peaks of the wave defines a second surface of the wall structure.

Container

A collapsible container includes a base and a plurality of walls moveable between and upright position and a collapsed position. Adjacent walls are connected via a latch protruding laterally from a first wall. The latch includes a first ramped surface that engages the adjacent second wall to deflect the latch in the direction generally parallel to the plane of the first wall as the second wall is moved to the upright position. The latch also includes a second ramped surface that engages the second wall when the second wall is in the upright position. The second wall can be collapsed by manually actuating the latch in a normal manner for latched containers. Additionally, the second wall can be collapsed by knocking down the second wall thereby causing the second wall to engage the second ramped surface on the latch causing deflection of the latch and release of the second wall.
