A wire guide assembly is provided for the accurate labeling of different diameter elongated objects, wires, or cables within a wrapping mechanism of an elongated object label applicator. The label applicator guide permits elongated objects of different diameters to be placed within substantially the center of the wrapping mechanism to continuously facilitate proper application of a label to different sized elongated objects.

A label applicator guide including a base configured to be attached to an elongated object label applicator, and a controller including a first support extending from the base and a second support extending from the first support such that the first support is configured to be planar with a portion of the wrapping mechanism. The controller is moveably secured to the base through a first knuckle of the controller pivotably connected to a second knuckle of the base, with a pin extending through the first knuckle and second knuckle.

Elongated object label applicator guide

Devices, systems, and methods for thermal management provide conditioned air from an inlet of an electronics cabinet to a rear-mounted interface device using an enclosure mounted in the electronics cabinet. The enclosure is laterally expandable in order to make installation easier and to enable installation of the enclosure between electronics cabinets of several mounting widths. The enclosure is installed to an internal surface of the mounting rails of the electronics cabinet so that the interface devices are mounted directly to the mounting rails, so the enclosure does not support the mass of the interface devices.

Devices, systems, and methods for thermal management of rack-mounted computing infrastructure devices

A cabinet installed in a data center is secured to the floor in the data center by a seismic kit to eliminate excessive deflection of the cabinet during a seismic event. The seismic kit includes a bracket and leveling leg clamps. The bracket is secured to the cabinet frame. The bracket has a first member and a second member with the second member extending upwards from the first member. The leveling leg clamps are secured to the first member of the bracket. The leveling leg clamps have a rectangular member with a cutout to receive leveling legs of the cabinet.

Seismic kit for dynamic cabinet

Embodiments of the present invention relate to network cabinets and components thereof. In an embodiment, the present invention is a system that includes a network appliance, and a network cabinet having a bottom portion, a center portion providing a plurality of rack unit spaces, a top portion, and a network appliance mounting kit positioned in the top portion. The network appliance mounting kit includes a mounting feature for attaching the network appliance to the network cabinet such that the network appliance does not interfere with any one of the plurality of rack unit spaces.

Electronics cabinet

An electronics cabinet having a cabinet frame, a front equipment rail, and a structural air dam. The cabinet frame includes a first pair of front-to-back beams connected to a pair of top side-to-side beams to form a top frame, a second pair of front-to-back beams connected to a pair of bottom side-to-side beams to form a bottom frame, and a plurality of vertical post connected to the top frame and the bottom frame. The front equipment rail is removably connected to one of the first pair of front-to-back beams and to one of the second pair of front-to-back beams. The structural air dam is connected to the front equipment rail and to one of the plurality of vertical posts.

A frame for a cabinet is provided. The frame includes a side-to-side beam, a front-to-back beam connected to the side-to-side beam, and a vertical post connected to the side-to-side beam. The front-to-back beam is inset relative to the vertical post to form a cable-routing area along a side of the frame.

Server cabinet

A tool that installs a metal tie is disclosed. The tool includes a tension mechanism and a tension control system. The tension mechanism tensions the metal tie wrapped around a bundle. The tension control system measures the applied tie tension. The tension control system includes a load cell and a worm cushion that dampens the tension applied to the load cell. The tension mechanism includes a gear train with a worm gear and a worm that distribute the applied tension to the load cell. Once the desired tension has been achieved, the tension mechanism is de-energized and a ball set and cut-off mechanism is activated to set the ball in the metal tie head and to shear a portion of the tensioned metal tie.

Metal retained tension tie tool

A multi-use tool for assembly of electrical connectors includes a main tool body having an electrical connector assembly holder. The holder includes first and second cavities. The first cavity includes spaced anvils and removably retains an electrical connector end cap between the anvils. A cutting ram is opposed to the first cavity and includes two cutting blades that are translatable between disengaged and engaged positions to trim and sever excess wire lengths from the electrical connector end cap. The second cavity removably retains the electrical connector end cap and a jack housing. A termination ram is opposed to the second cavity and movably mounted between disengaged and engaged positions to terminate the jack housing with the end cap. A trigger mechanism is operably connected to both the cutting ram and the termination ram.

Tool for connector assembly

An activation tool used to terminate a pre-polished, no-crimp fiber optic connector. The tool holds and positions a suitable fiber optic connector, such as an ST-type Opti-Cam connector. A lever on the tool activates a connector cam mechanism to effectuate termination of the fiber. The tool includes a base that supports and locks axial and rotational movement of ferrule holder and backbone components of the connector while a rotatable cam activation tool handle engages with a cam of the connector to rotate the cam between a de-activated position and an activated or terminated position.
