A leveling and spacing device may include an elongated device body. A level may be provided on the device body. At least two spaced-apart member notches may be provided in the device body. Accordingly, a first structure member of the building structure may initially be deployed in place in the structure. The device body of the leveling and spacing device may be deployed in place on the first structure member by inserting the first structure member into a first member notch in the device body. A second structure member may then be positioned adjacent to the first structure member and in alignment with a second member notch in the device body. The device body may then be lowered in place onto the second structure member as a second member notch receives the second structure member. The second structure member may then be attached to the first structure member, and the process repeated.

Leveling and spacing device

One example method for integrating software application content into video conferences includes receiving, by a video conferencing application executed by a client device from a video conference provider, one or more participant video streams, each participant video stream corresponding to a participant in a video conference; receiving, by the video conferencing application from a software application, software application content; receiving, by the video conferencing application from the software application, display layout information; generating, by the video conferencing application, a graphical representation of the video conference according to the display layout information, the graphical representation comprising at least a portion of the software application content and at least one of the one or more participant video streams; and displaying, by the video conferencing application, the graphical representation of the video conference.

Integrating software application content into video conferences

A method of temperature control for maintaining actual temperature at a set point uses a learning period from which to acquire parameters that are used to control temperature. The method defines a learning period as one complete oscillation of the actual temperature about the set temperature. During such an oscillation period, the actual temperature will have been exclusively above and below the set temperature for one segment each. The invention provides a method for adjusting a variable in order to maintain a process measurement at a predetermined constant value, the method defining a sample period, wherein the sample period is a period of time represented by a complete oscillation of the process measurement about the predetermined constant value and wherein the complete oscillation includes a first time period during which the adaptable measurement is continuously above the predetermined constant value and a second time period during which the adaptable measurement is continuously below the predetermined value and wherein the first time period and second time period occur substantially sequentially.
