A transmission system for a bicycle, wherein the system comprises a driver element configured and arranged to rotate about an axis. The transmission system comprises a cassette of sprockets mounted on the driver element to rotate together. The transmission system comprises a shifting unit arranged to move the cassette of sprockets in axial direction on the driver element. The shifting unit comprises an actuator element arranged to actuate the movement of the cassette of sprockets on the driver element. The actuator element is at least partially positioned between the driver element and the axis, and/or the actuator element is at least partially positioned in axial direction next to the driver element.

Transmission system for a bicycle

A clutch or brake system for a torque transmission. The clutch or brake system includes a first rotatable unit connectable to an input or output, including at least one first abutment surface and a second rotatable unit connectable to an output or input, respectively, including at least one second abutment surface arranged for selectively engaging the first abutment surface. The first and second abutment surfaces are adapted to each other so as to allow disengaging under load. The system includes a third rotatable unit including at least one retaining member, the third unit being arranged for selectively being in a first rotational position or a second rotational position relative to the second rotatable unit, wherein the at least one retaining member in the first rotational position locks the at least one second abutment surface for rotationally coupling the second rotatable unit to the first rotatable unit.

Clutch or brake system for a torque transmission with a planetary gear

A bicycle including a frame with a fork, the fork having dropouts between which a wheel axle is mounted. The wheel axle includes a sensor and/or an electric component arranged to be connected to a control element. A detachable electric connection is provided between the sensor and/or electric component and the control element. The detachable electric connection is positioned between the wheel axle and the thru-axle.

Bicycle transmission actuation system

Bicycle including a frame with a fork, the fork having dropouts between which a wheel axle is mounted. The wheel axle includes a sensor and/or an electric component arranged to be connected to a control element. Bicycle transmission wireless actuation system

A bicycle includes a transmission having two switchable drives between a driver body on which rear sprockets are positioned and a wheel hub of a rear wheel. The bicycle has actuation elements for switching between drives and operating elements for operating the actuation elements. The bicycle includes only a single front sprocket. The actuation elements are embodied in an electrical version and the operating elements are electrically coupled to the actuation elements. By advantageously selecting the drives of the driver between the cassette housing and wheel hub, a front derailleur may be omitted. The driver allows operation with only little energy, since the chain need not be shifted. consequently, the actuation elements require little energy for changing the drive between the crank axle and the wheel hub of the bicycle, so that it is pre-eminently suitable for these actuation elements and their operation to be executed as an electrical version.

Rear wheel axle, as well as bicycle frame and rear wheel for a bicycle

A transmission element for transferring torque from a set of sprockets to a bicycle rear wheel hub bearing-supported on a wheel axle is equipped with a first interface for coupling to the sprocket. This first interface is arranged such that it secures the sprocket or the cassette to the driver in axial and/or radial and/or tangential direction. The driver is furthermore equipped with a second interface for coupling to the sprocket. The second interface is arranged such that it secures the sprocket to the driver in axial and/or radial and/or tangential direction. The second interface is then present in a larger diameter than the first interface.

Transmission element for the transmission of torque from a chain wheel to a wheel hub

A clutch system for a torque transmission. The clutch system includes a first rotatable unit connectable to an input, including at least one first abutment surface and a second rotatable unit connectable to an output, including at least one second abutment surface arranged for selectively engaging the first abutment surface. The first and second abutment surfaces being adapted to each other so as to allow disengaging under load. The system includes a third rotatable unit arranged for selectively being in a first position or a second position relative to the second rotatable unit, wherein at least one retaining member of the third rotatable unit selectively locks the at least one second abutment surface in engagement with the at least one first abutment surface for selectively rotationally coupling the second rotatable unit to the first rotatable unit.

Clutch system for a torque transmission

A transmission system is disclosed, having a clutch module with an input and a first and a second output. Between the first output and the input, a first clutch device is present, and between the second output and the input a second clutch device is present. The transmission system further includes a transmission module having a first partial transmission and a second partial transmission, in which the two outputs of the clutch module are connected to the two inputs of the transmission module.

Transmission system

A drive mechanism comprises a transmission as well as an electromotor/generator. The transmission is connected via an input to the electromotor/generator and via an output to the wheels. The transmission has two planetary gear sets having three rotational members each, of which first rotational members are connected to the input, second rotational members are connected to the output and third rotational members are connected to a first and second brake respectively. By actuating either of the brakes a speed transforming gear is created between the input and the output. By actuating one brake during the releasing of the other brake, it is possible to switch between the two speed transforming gears without an interruption of the torque transfer from the electromotor/generator to the load or vice versa.

Transmission for an electric or hybrid drive mechanism

A transmission intended to be mounted on a rear wheel axle of a bicycle between a sprocket carrier and a wheel hub has a transmission housing, which is provided with connecting means for the connection of the sprocket carrier to the transmission housing, as well as coupling means for coupling the transmission to the hub. The transmission further has a planetary gear set which is present in the transmission housing and is provided with three rotational members, of which a first rotation body is connected to the transmission housing, a second rotation body is connected to the coupling means, and a third rotation body can be coupled with the wheel axle. The first rotation body is connected via a first clutch to the second rotation body and the third rotation body is connected to a second clutch via which the third rotation body can be connected to the wheel shaft.

A transmission system for a vehicle, comprising an input shaft which can be connected to a drive source, and an output shaft which can be connected to a load comprises:&#x2014;a clutch module which has an input that is connected to the input shaft and a first and a second output, as well as first clutch means which are located between the input and the first output and second clutch means which are located between the input and the second output, and gear stage means which are located between the input and the first or second output, as well as&#x2014;a transmission module which has a first and a second input and an output that is connected to the output shaft, as well as a first sub-transmission which is located between the first input and the output, and a second sub-transmission which is located between the second input and the output,&#x2014;where the first output of the clutch module is connected to a first input of the transmission module and the second input of the clutch module is connected to the second input of the transmission module, and&#x2014;where the first and second sub-transmissions each comprise an input shaft and an output shaft which are connected to the inputs and output of the transmission module and each comprise at least one gear stage which gear stages are located between the input and output shafts.

Transmission system, as well as method for changing a transmission ratio

An exemplary transmission system (TS) includes a clutch module (CM) having an input (In) and a first and a second output (O, O). A first clutch device (B, B, C) provided with a first actuator is present between the first output and the input, and a second clutch device (C, B) with a second actuator is present between the second output and the input. The transmission system also includes a transmission module (TM), with an output (Out) and a first and a second input (i, i). A first partial transmission provided with at least one transmission (VAR) is present between the first input and the output, and a second partial transmission provided with at least one further transmission or a mechanical connection is present between the second input and the output. Two outputs (O, O) of the clutch module are connected to the two inputs (i, i) of the transmission module.

A flywheel module comprises a coupling unit which has an input shaft and an output shaft. This coupling unit has a first coupling of which a first coupling half can be connected to a combustion engine and a second coupling half can be connected to a continuously variable transmission. The flywheel module further comprises a flywheel unit which has an in/output and is formed by a flywheel and a reduction gear unit connected to the flywheel. This flywheel unit is exclusively connected to the in/output via the coupling unit.
