Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, identifying an entity of a natural language question, locating a node of a knowledge graph corresponding to the entity, and generating a candidate answer set including a group of other entities located a predetermined proximity to the node. Contextual information for the group of other entities is determined from the knowledge graph, and the natural language question and contextual information are separately encoded to obtain separate encoded vectorial representations of the natural language question and members of the candidate answer set. The encoding uses pre-trained language model embeddings obtained via a bidirectional encoder representations from transformer encoding process. The encoded vectorial representations of the question under an influence of aspects of the contextual information are scored and a member of the candidate answer set selected according to the score to obtain an answer to the original question. System and method for hybrid question answering over knowledge graph

In one example, a processor receives a structured query, parses the structured query into components, and stores the structured query, the components, and at least one attribute regarding the structured query in a first query record of a query record storage platform, the at least one attribute comprising a user identification of a user generating the structured query. The processor may then receive a search associated with the query record storage platform, where the search includes at least one parameter, and where the at least one parameter specifies at least one of the structured query, at least one of the components, or at least one of the at least one attribute regarding the structured query, and return the first query record in response to the search.

A notification of the adjusted data service price is forwarded to the equipment of the user, and an updated request is obtained from the equipment o the user for providing the requested network content, wherein the updated request is responsive to the notification of the adjusted data service price. System and method for optimizing revenue through bandwidth utilization management

In one embodiment, a control center receives a credential for a responder profile associated with a responder from each responder device in a plurality of responder devices and a signal for assistance from a vehicle. The signal for assistance includes sensor data associated with the vehicle. The control center communicates the sensor data to the responder devices. The control center receives a plurality of responses. Each of the responses is received from one of the responder devices, and each response indicates a possible action to be taken by the vehicle. The control center determines, based at least in part on a response from among the plurality of received responses, an answer to the signal for assistance. The answer indicates an action to be taken by the vehicle. The control center communicates the determined answer to the vehicle.

Embodiments of a system and method for storing and analyzing geographically-referenced data are generally described herein. In some embodiments, the system includes one or more computing devices to generate an index value for geographically referenced data. At least one of the data sources comprises data associated with at least one common person. The method also includes extracting at least one record from each of the disparate data sources. The method additionally includes distributing the records to computers configured to identify matches between the records based on at least one matching feature associated with two or more records. The method further includes merging the at least one feature from each of the records of each corresponding match into merged records, each merged record corresponding to a different match. The method also includes generating at least one fused view associated with the at least one common person and comprising a merged record.
