Disclosed is a handle clamp for an exothermic mold. The clamp includes a pair of legs, each having a plurality of rods that are shaped to fit into engagement holes on sections of the mold. The rods of each leg engage with one section of the mold. Engagement brackets are rotatably disposed on one or more or the rods. The brackets each have a thumb bolt that can be extended toward a mold section connected with the clamp. When engaged with the mold section, the thumb bolt stabilizes the mold section on the handle. A detent mechanism is provided between the bracket and the leg of the handle. The detent mechanism releasably holds the bracket in one of a selected plurality of rotational positions with respect to the rod. By selecting different rotational positions for the brackets, the handle can be configured to engage with different configurations of mold. The thumb bolts that are biased toward the mold section by a spring. The bolts include a key that can be aligned or misaligned with a key slot on the bracket. By aligning the key with the key with the key slot, the bolt can be moved toward or away from the mold section under the biasing force of the spring. By misaligning the key and key slot, the bolt can be locked into engagement with the mold section or else held in a disengaged position.

Handle for exothermic mold with spring connectors

An electrical connector is configured to couple an electrical conductor to a support surface. The electrical connector includes a terminal block having a connecting aperture, a threaded aperture, and a channel. At least a portion of the threaded aperture is positioned between the channel and the connecting aperture. The connecting aperture is configured to receive the electrical conductor. The electrical connector includes a fastener having threads receivable within the threaded aperture. The fastener is configured to secure the electrical conductor against movement relative to the terminal block. The electrical connector includes a lock receivable within the channel to inhibit unintentional movement of the fastener relative to the terminal block.

Set screw connector with anti-backout lock

Disclosed is a handle clamp for an exothermic mold. The clamp includes a pair of legs, each having a plurality of rods that are shaped to fit into engagement holes on sections of the mold. The rods of each leg engage with one section of the mold. Engagement brackets are rotatably disposed on one or more or the rods. The brackets each have a thumb bolt that can be extended toward a mold section connected with the clamp. When engaged with the mold section, the thumb bolt stabilizes the mold section on the handle. A detent mechanism is provided between the bracket and the leg of the handle. The detent mechanism releaseably holds the bracket in one of a selected plurality of rotational positions with respect to the rod. By selecting different rotational positions for the brackets, the handle can be configured to engage with different configurations of mold. The thumb bolts that are biased toward the mold section by a spring. The bolts include a key that can be aligned or misaligned with a key slot on the bracket. By aligning the key with the key with the key slot, the bolt can be moved toward or away from the mold section under the biasing force of the spring. By misaligning the key and key slot, the bolt can be locked into engagement with the mold section or else held in a disengaged position.

An electrical connector is configured to couple an electrical conductor to a support surface. The electrical connector includes a terminal block having a connecting aperture and a threaded aperture. The connecting aperture is configured to receive the electrical conductor. The electrical connector also includes a fastener having threads receivable within the threaded aperture. The fastener is configured to secure the electrical conductor against movement relative to the terminal block. The electrical connector further includes a lock selectively receivable within a slot of the fastener to inhibit unintentional movement of the fastener relative to the terminal block.

An electrical connector is configured to couple an electrical conductor to a support surface of an electrical device. The electrical connector includes a terminal block having a connecting aperture and a threaded aperture. The connecting aperture is configured to receive the electrical conductor. The electrical connector also includes a fastener having threads receivable within the threaded aperture. The fastener is configured to move in a first rotational direction relative to the threaded aperture. The electrical connector further includes a lock configured to be positioned between the electrical conductor and the fastener to engage the electrical conductor and the fastener. Rotation of the fastener in the first rotational direction causes the lock to secure the electrical conductor against movement relative to the terminal block.

A raised floor pedestal including a base configured to sit on a floor; and a post extending up from the base. The post includes a metal member having a general tube shape. A top of the post forms a support surface configured to support a portion of a raised floor system thereon. A side of the post includes an integrally formed ground conductor connector piece extending therefrom. The ground conductor connector piece is configured to have an electrical ground conductor connected directly thereto.

An electrical connector is configured to couple an electrical conductor to a support surface of an electrical device. The electrical connector includes a terminal block having a connecting aperture and a threaded aperture. The connecting aperture is configured to receive the electrical conductor. The electrical connector includes a locking fastener having threads to be receivable within the threaded aperture. The locking fastener is configured to move in a first rotational direction to secure the electrical conductor against movement relative to the terminal block. The locking fastener is configured to move in a second rotational direction to release the electrical conductor from the terminal block. The electrical connector includes a lock engaging the locking fastener in a locked position to inhibit movement of the locking fastener in the second direction. The lock disengages the locking fastener in an unlocked position to permit movement of the locking fastener in the second direction.

A storage container includes a jar and a cap removably connected to the jar. The jar has a cavity defined by a first base and a first wall extending upwardly from the first base. A first alignment indicator is disposed on an outer surface of the first wall. A cap is removably connectable to the jar. The cap has an upper portion connected to a lower portion by a connecting member. The lower portion has a second base and a second wall extending downwardly therefrom. A second alignment indicator is disposed on an outer surface of the second wall of the lower portion. The first and second alignment indicators are aligned to substantially prevent misalignment of the cap with respect to the jar when connecting the cap to the jar.

Storage container for electrical components

A storage container includes a jar and a cap removably connected to the jar. The jar has a cavity defined by a first base and a first wall extending upwardly from the base. The cap has an upper portion connected to a lower portion by a connecting member. The upper portion has a second base and a second wall extending upwardly from the second base to define a receiving area that receives an item stored in the cavity of the jar. The connecting member has an opening therethrough to connect the storage container to a support.

A cutting support including a first section and a second section. The first section has a top side with at least two recesses extending into the first section from the top side. A first one of the recesses has a first shape. A second one of the recesses has a different second shape. The first shape comprises a generally semi-circular section. The second shape comprises at least one generally right-angle corner. The second section is connected to the first section for connecting the cutting support to another member.

Cutting support

An electrical ground connector including a first frame member, a second frame member and a spring. The first frame member has a section with a general hook shape. The general hook shaped section forms a first conductor receiving area adapted to receive a first conductor. The second frame member is slidably connected to the first frame member. The spring biases the second frame member towards the general hook shaped section of the first frame member. The first and/or second frame members form at least one second conductor receiving area adapted to receive a second conductor and locate the second conductor directly against the first conductor in the first conductor receiving area.

Pedestal ground connector

A compression tool including a ram; a drive system, a battery and a user selectable retraction control. The drive system is connected to the ram to extend the ram and allow retraction of the ram. The battery is connected to the drive system to at least partially power the drive system. The user selectable retraction control is connected to the drive system. The user selectable retraction control includes a plurality of ram retraction settings which are adapted to be selected by a user to at least partially control respective different retraction stopping locations of the ram.

Ram retraction selection

A connector is provided for coupling optic fibers. The connector has a mating end for mating to another connector and a cable end for connection to a fiber optic cable having a jacket. The connector comprises a mating end outer shell, a ferrule, and a cable end outer shell. The mating end outer shell has a cavity for receiving an optic fiber of the cable, the cavity defining an axis through the connector. The ferrule is disposed in the cavity of the mating end outer shell. The cable end outer shell has a body portion and an extension member and is coupled to the mating end outer shell. The extension member extends from body portion, thereby providing an offset for deforming the jacket when the jacket is crimped to the connector.
