A pool cleaner comprises a body, a diaphragm cassette unit arranged inside the body, and a retention mechanism mounted on the body. The body extends between a water connection end and foot end, a foot end opening being defined at the foot end. The diaphragm cassette unit is arranged inside the body and includes a cassette extending to the foot end and a flexible diaphragm inside the cassette also extending to the foot end. The retention mechanism is mounted on the body and is operable to allow removal and reinstallation of the diaphragm cassette unit through the foot end opening.

A pool cleaner includes a pool cleaner body and at least two wheels mounted to the pool cleaner body so as to be rotatable about a common wheel axis. An access cover selectively closing an access opening defined in the body. A handle closure is mounted to the body so as to be rotatable about the common wheel axis independently of the at least two wheels. The handle closure is rotatable relative to the body so as to be movable between a closed position, in which the handle closure secures the access cover over the access opening, and an open position. An inner cover can selectively cover a turbine and gears of the pool cleaner within the body, and is held in place via engagement with the access over. Wheel well sidewalls can be substantially solid to help further enclose an inner volume of the body.

A net for use with a pool cleaning system includes a net material portion and a frame body. The frame body has a flexible inner frame portion providing structural support but deformable when pressed against a surface, and an outer, flexible rim portion that is more malleable than the flexible inner frame portion and configured to provide a flexible rim edge for scooping.

Pool accessories and systems

Dispensers, principally of water-treatment chemicals, are detailed. The floating dispensers may be inherently unstable in use, rotating approximately ninety degrees (from a generally vertical position to a generally horizontal one) over the useful lifespan of the chemicals initially contained within. Movement of the dispensers to horizontal positions signals users to replace the depleted chemicals. The dispensers also may be stacked into smaller volumes for transit and storage and need not include a separate component for flow adjustment. Rotation of its components additionally may create a 'dial-a-dosage' feature of the dispenser, effectively varying depletion rate of the chemicals contained therein.
