A system is provided for implementing dynamic authentication restrictions for resource instrument use. In particular, the system may be configured to implement a spectrum of resource transfer restrictions on a device level, resource transfer instrument level, and/or resource transfer type level, where the restrictions may be implemented based on user input and/or automatically through machine learning processes. In some embodiments, the system may implement dynamic resource restrictions per resource transfer based on a trained machine learning model. In this way, the system may provide an efficient and secure way to implement resource transfer restrictions.

Aspects of the disclosure relate to artificial intelligence (AI)-based processing of account transfers between different accounts associated with a client. In particular, various aspects of this disclosure relate to triggering transfers based on data associated with electronic transfers (e.g., between accounts associated with different users) and/or information associated with card-based transactions. Additional aspects of the disclosure relate to using internet of things (IOT) modules to determine predicted consumption associated with utilities, and at least triggering account transfers based on the predicted consumption.

A system is also provided for intelligent type-based implementation of restrictions on resource transfers. In this regard, the system may allow for resource transfers set according to a preset resource transfer pattern to be executed while restricting net new resource transfers upon compromise of the resource transfer instrument. Subsequently, the system may use a machine learning model to analyze the attributes of incoming resource transfer requests and determine whether the resource transfer should be allowed or restricted based on the preset resource transfer pattern. In this way, the system may provide a way to fine-tune restrictions on executing resource transfers.

Electronic system for dynamic linking of resource data structures across distributed networks

Configuring resource transfer event messages to include, not only the user data required to affect the resource transfer (e.g., resource repository identifier and the like), but other user data related to the resource transfer event, such as user preference data. The resource transfer event messages are communicated to resource storage entities that subsequently store user records that associate users with the resource transfer events and the additional user data. In this regard, a security benefit is realized, in that, resource storage entities can leverage the additional data to investigate potential nefarious actions. Moreover, by including the additional user information in resource transfer event messages communicated to resource storage entities, the volume of resource transfer event messages or other network-based messages is lessened thereby limiting network traffic and making the overall process more efficient and effective.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for generation and management of controlled-use resources which allow the sender of an electronic resource transfer to limit the ways in which the recipient may use the received resources. This invention allows the sender to maintain control over the products or services purchased with transferred resources, as well as personalize a transfer for a recipient by selecting a favorite merchant or spending category of the recipient. The invention may also benefit a plurality of merchants and other third party entities which may obtain new customers as a result of said customers receiving controlled-use resources designated for said merchants.
