The present invention is related to artificial lifting systems and production flow assurance from subsea oil wells. In this sense, the present invention provides an integrated subsea oil heating and pumping system hydraulically actuated by heated injection water, the system comprising at least one recoverable pumping module connected to a subsea base which, in turn, receives the produced fluids from at least one subsea producing well. The subsea base is connected to a production unit through a riser through which the produced oil flows and to an injection line that feeds the pumping module with water which, after activating the turbine and pump set, is injected through at least one injection well. The present invention further provides a hydraulically actuated subsea pumping method associated with the system described above.

The invention relates to systems for producing oil and hydrocarbons in general, in deep water, using subsea wells and apparatus which are interconnected in a drainage and production system. In this context, the invention relates to a mandrel multiplying device () suitable for providing additional points between pieces of subsea apparatus, the device comprising a connector () for coupling to a mandrel of a subsea apparatus (), and at least two mandrels () suitable for providing points for connection to subsea lines (J, J', J&#x2033;, J, R, R, A, A, A) which are connected to other pieces of subsea apparatus () or to a production unit ().

A hydraulically driven underwater pumping system may include a pumping module connected to a subsea base. The subsea base may be connected to: a subsea producing well via a production line that carries the fluid produced by the subsea producing well; and a production unit via a riser and a service line. The hydraulically driven underwater pumping system may receive working fluid from the production unit via the service line. Additionally, a pump, located in the pumping module, may be driven hydraulically by the working fluid and pump the fluid produced by the subsea producing well to the production unit. The hydraulically driven underwater pumping system may mix the working fluid, after being used to drive the pump, with the fluid produced by the subsea producing well that is pumped to the production unit.

System and method for hydraulically driven underwater pumping

A method is also provided for depressurizing subsea apparatus and lines, comprising the steps of: removing a blind cap () from an ROV interface () with aid of an ROV (); coupling a depressurizing tool () to the ROV interface () of a subsea apparatus (); suction and removal of fluid from a first hydrocarbon transport line, wherein the first hydrocarbon transport line comprises hydrate formation; and pressurizing and reinjecting the fluid into a second hydrocarbon transport line.

Nonresident system and method for depressurising subsea apparatus and lines

The present invention relates to the injection of water and gas, either simultaneously or alternately, into subsea wells in order to enhance production and the oil recovery level. Thus, the present invention provides a subsea system for pressurizing a subsea oil reservoir injecting at least one of water and gas, comprising (i) at least two subsea injection wells ('), each subsea injection well (&#x2032;) being connected to a production unit () by means of a single subsea line () which is connected to the respective subsea injection well (&#x2032;) by a main injection mandrel (&#x2032;), and (ii) at least one jumper (), each jumper () hydraulically connecting two of the at least two adjacent subsea injection wells (&#x2032;) through annular mandrels (&#x2032;). A system for pressurization of an underwater oil reservoir by independent injection of water and gas comprise: at least first and second underwater injection wells, wherein at least one of the first and second underwater injection wells is linked to a production unit by means of an individual underwater line; and at least two jumpers: a first jumper hydraulically connecting a wet Christmas tree of the first underwater injection well to a wet Christmas tree of the second underwater injection well, and a second jumper hydraulically the wet Christmas tree of the second underwater injection well to the wet Christmas tree of the first underwater injection well.

Underwater system and method for pressurization of an underwater oil reservoir by independent injection of water and gas

This invention relates to equipment and a subsea pumping system using a subsea module installed on the sea bed, preferably away from a production well and intended to pump hydrocarbons having a high associated gas fraction produced by one or more subsea production wells to the surface. One object of this invention is achieved by means of the design of a pumping module (PM) which is linked to pumping equipment already present in a production well and which basically comprises: an inlet pipe (), separator equipment (), a first pump () and a second pump (). In the subsea pumping system for the production of hydrocarbons with a high gas fraction, the other object of this invention, when oil is pumped from the production well (P) the well pump () increases the energy of the fluid in the form of pressure and transmits this increase in energy in the form of an increase in suction pressure in the second pump () of the subsea module (PM).

Pumping module and system

A subsea pumping system using a subsea module is installed on the sea bed, preferably away from production wells and intended to pump hydrocarbons having a high associated gas fraction produced by subsea production wells to the surface. The system achieves an advantage by the design of a pumping module (PM) which is linked to pumping equipment already present in a production well and which includes: an inlet pipe (), separator equipment (), a first pump () and a second pump (). Another advantage of the subsea pumping system for the production of hydrocarbons with a high gas fraction is that, when oil is pumped from the production well (P), the well pump () increases the energy of the fluid in the form of pressure and transmits this increase in energy in the form of an increase in suction pressure in the second pump () of the subsea module (PM).

A system and method for carrying out simultaneous operations of assembling, dismantling, and maintaining equipment installed by an oil rig, using the tools, systems, and the areas available on the rig itself. The system includes two parallel and separated sustaining beams and two mobile bases supported on the beams to carry out the simultaneous operations. This system allows a method for simultaneously assembling two items of subsea equipment which are to be installed to be performed. Also, this system allows a method for simultaneously replacing and assembling subsea equipment to be performed. Additionally, the equipment can be lowered or recovered using either a derrick and pipe string or a winch and steel cable.

A free standing riser system includes a riser, a subsea intervention unit, and an umbilical line. The riser includes interconnected joints linked to one another, a lower-end of the riser being coupled to a wellhead and an upper-end of the riser enclosed in a buoy assembly, including a terminal, the riser being maintained in an erect, substantially vertical position. System for direct vertical connection between contiguous subsea equipment and method of installation of said connection

The present invention contemplates a system comprising a pumping module coupled to an intermediate flow inlet (IFI) wherein said IFI is coupled to a base structure disposed on the flow line that routes production from one or more oil wells, allowing for the quick and easy installation or recovery of a subsea pumping module by cable from an inexpensive vessel. The present invention also allows for the hydraulic isolation of the subsea pumping module by means of on-off valves on the IFI whereby the pumping module can be easily installed or removed without causing underwater oil spills. Sealing of the connection is of the metal-metal type. It is also possible to pass a pig through the present system for clearing the flow lines.
