A pair of radial flanged bearings with rolling bodies, each of the bearings comprising a radially outer ring, radially confined by an external surface, a radially inner ring, co-axially and internally assembled, with respect to the outer ring, a row of rolling bodies, which is interposed between the outer ring and the inner ring, to allow the relative rotation of the two rings and a flange steadily fixed to the outer rings. The correspondent outer rings are provided with an assembly groove, which is obtained along said external surface. The flange is not in one piece with the outer rings, but is detachable from the outer rings in correspondence of the assembly grooves.

A rolling bearing is provided that includes an outer ring, an inner ring, and a plurality of rollers disposed between the outer and inner rings to engage a radially outer lateral surface of the inner ring and a radially inner lateral surface of the outer ring and being laterally held, in a direction parallel to a relative rotation axis (A) between the rings, by respective axial shoulders. The axial shoulders each consist of an annular element made of synthetic plastic material as an independent element from the rings that engages in a snapping manner either the inner ring or the outer ring; the inner and outer rings being provided, at their respective radially outer and inner lateral surfaces and at opposite axial ends thereof, with snapping locking seats for the annular elements made of synthetic plastic material each including a continuous annular groove.

A tubular bushing that is co-moldable with tubs of washing machines, the tubular bushing is engaged by a drive shaft of the washing machine, that extends along a central axis (A) and is provided with two rolling bearings, arranged at a given distance from each other along the axis (A) to rotatably support the drive shaft of the washing machine with respect to the tub. The tubular bushing further provides a containing sleeve, made of plastic material and co-molded around the two bearings; the sleeve defining an axial communication duct between two sides of the tubular bushing, the duct being closed, at least during co-molding, by a disposable cap, engaged in an annular edge of the containing sleeve.

A flanged radial bearing having rolling bodies, the bearing being provided with an outer ring radially bounded by an outer surface; an inner ring mounted coaxially inside the outer ring; a row of rolling bodies arranged between the two rings that allows relative rotation between the two rings; and a flange joined to the outer ring and mounted along an assembly groove formed through the outer surface; the flange not being a flange integral with the outer ring, but being releasably assembled on the outer ring.

A tubular bushing co-moldable with tubs of washing machines is provided. The tubular bushing is suitable to be engaged by a drive shaft of the washing machine extending along a central axis (A) and being provided with two rolling bearings (), arranged at a given distance from each other along the axis (A) to allow rotation of the drive shaft with respect to the tub, and a containing sleeve, made of plastic and by means of co-molding around the two bearings; a current dispersion means being incorporated in the containing sleeve and suitable to be electrically connected both to the drive shaft and to earth so as to prevent an accumulation of static electricity in the washing machine and prevent electrostatic discharges.

The assembly comprises a bearing unit () with outer () and inner () rings and an outer wheel () of plastic material which is overmolded onto the outer bearing ring and is adapted for being engaged by a driving belt. A sleeve unit () is integral with the inner bearing ring (). The sleeve unit includes one or more rigid tubular spacers () and a central, plastic tubular core (). The spacers () are axially aligned with the inner bearing ring () and abut against one or both of the opposite sides () of the inner bearing ring (). The central tubular core () is overmolded into and axially extending along radially inner cylindrical surfaces () of both the inner bearing ring () and tubular spacer(s) ().

A device including an annular groove obtained on a lateral assembly surface of a ring of a bearing in contact in use with a seat with respect to which the ring must remain stationary; a first element shaped as a circumferentially open ring and preferably defined by a circumferential ring segment having a non-constant radial thickness (S) and always smaller than a radial depth (P) of the annular groove, mounted within the annular groove free to move circumferentially in the annular groove; and a second element, shaped as a closed ring, which engages the annular groove, within which it is mounted radially superimposed on the first element on the side of the lateral assembly surface and having a constant radial thickness (F) such that the second element protrudes radially and overhangingly with respect to the lateral assembly surface at least in correspondence with part of the first element.

Creep prevention device for a ring of a rolling bearing and bearing equipped therewith

A bearing assembly is for a washing machine, the washing machine having a tub and a drum rotatable about an axis, the bearing assembly includes first and second bearings spaced apart along the drum axis and a spacer disposed at least partially between the two bearings. A housing is connectable with the drum, configured to contain the bearings and the spacer, and includes an annular rim extending axially away from first bearing and generally coaxially about the drum axis, the rim defining a seat for a sealing element. Preferably, the housing is formed of a polymeric material and is molded to the tub.

Bearing assembly

A bearing assembly includes at least one rolling bearing unit having an outer race and an inner race rotatable relative to the outer race, and two annular bodies of plastic material overmoulded on the outer race and the inner race, respectively, of the bearing unit. At least one of the two annular bodies has a free cylindrical surface. One of the two bearing races forms a radially extending flange having a cylindrical end surface, circumferentially continuous or discrete, which ends flush with the free cylindrical surface of plastic material.

A bearing assembly is for a washing machine, the washing machine including a tub and a drum rotatable about a central axis. The bearing assembly comprises two bearings spaced axially apart along the central axis, a spacer disposed generally between the two bearings, and a polymeric housing. The housing includes a box-type frame molded to the bearings and to the spacer and configured to provide stiffness to the bearing assembly.

A cartridge bottom bracket is for a bicycle having a tubular shell with a bore. The bottom bracket includes a spindle having opposing ends and a sealed cartridge disposed within the shell bore and about a central portion of the spindle so as to define opposing free end portions of the spindle. The cartridge includes a pipe having opposing ends, two rolling contact bearings disposed within the pipe adjacent to a separate one of the pipe ends and rotatably coupling the spindle with the pipe, and a tubular spacer disposed about the spindle and extending between the two bearings so as to establish a spacing distance between the bearings. Further, two shaped caps are each mounted on a separate one of the free end portions of the spindle and are disposed axially against a separate one of the bearings to enclose the free end portion of the spindle.
