The transport device for conveying products has several symmetrically configured, movable carriages having inverted U-shape, each carriage having permanent magnets, also has an endless guide rail for guiding the carriages and a linear-motor drive device to drive the carriages. Each symmetric half of each carriage has three running rollers projecting inwardly from sidepieces of the carriage. The three running rollers of the first half rest on first and second guide surfaces on a first side wall of the guide rail, and the three running rollers of the second half rest on first and second guide surfaces on the second side wall of the guide rail. Each guide surface is arranged at an acute angle to a longitudinal center plane of the transport device, and the two guide surfaces of each side wall are at an angle of 80&#xb0; to 100&#xb0; to each other.

Transport device with linear-motor drive

Two suction arms for picking up blister packs at a stamping station in a pick position and for placing the blister packs on a conveyor in a place position, wherein the suction arms are pivotable in opposite directions. Each suction arm has three segments supported pivotably around three different axes. The transfer movement of the blister packs from the pick position to the place position and back is a combination movement, which is composed at least of the pivoting movement of the three segments around the three axes. The second, middle segments are pivoted inward toward the center plane both when in the pick position and in the place position. During the pivoting movements between the pick position and the place position, the second segments are pivoted away from each other so that the suction arms can pass by each other without colliding.

Device for transferring blister packs

A device for singulating and passing on upright containers preferably comprises a feed device for transporting the containers in a single row and a singulation unit having a first star wheel and a second star wheel, each of which comprises receiving pockets to accept, when in a first and second receiving position, the containers being transported to them and to transport these containers to a first and second discharge position. The star wheels comprise parallel rotational axes but opposite rotational directions. In addition, the device comprises a pusher unit, which comprises at least one plunger, which, in the area of the first and second discharge position, is movable back and forth in a direction parallel to the rotational axes of the star wheels and through the associated receiving pockets to push the containers out of the receiving pockets of the star wheels and into product holders.

Device for singulating and passing on upright containers

The device for transferring folding boxes has a planetary carrier, which rotates around a horizontal axis and which includes, as its planets, two suction arms, which are supported rotatably in the planetary carrier and are connected to two roller star units, which are guided on a cam disk unit consisting of two cam disks with different curved guide surfaces. A drive for the cam disk unit is designed to turn the cam disk unit around the horizontal axis in rotational direction of the planetary carrier but at a rotational speed double the rotational speed of the planetary carrier.
