A lever assembly may have a control lever having at least one lever coupling portion delimiting a lever rotation seat. The assembly may also have a lever support having at least one support tooth with a tooth seat. An articulation pin may be received in the tooth seat and in the lever rotation seat. The lever assembly may have at least one cover connected to the lever support at least partially closing one of the tooth seat and rotation seat to prevent the pin from exiting said seats, thus rotatably constraining the lever to the support.

Lever assembly

The actuator device for a hydraulic actuation system for a brake/clutch for a motorcycle is described. The actuator device may have a support structure associable with a handlebar of the motorcycle. The actuator device may also have an actuation assembly having a push rod operatively connectable to at least one braking device. The actuator device may also have an actuation lever connected to the support structure so as to be rotatable about an actuation axis, where the actuation lever is provided with a pusher adapted to interface with the push rod. The actuator device may also have an adjustment device adapted to modify both the angular position, in a rest condition, of the pusher and of the actuation lever with respect to the handlebar and to modify a pitch between the actuation axis of the actuation lever and a contact and thrust point of the pusher on the push rod.

A brake pump for vehicles having a pump body and an actuation device, operatively associated with the pump body. The actuation device being operable to generate a braking. A piston is housed inside a housing of the pump body, the piston being operable by the actuation device to vary the pressure of a brake fluid in a braking system to which the brake pump belongs, to generate the braking. The brake pump also has a switch group and an auxiliary actuation element.

Brake pump for vehicles

A brake caliper support element, has a caliper body and at least two tines. Each tine has an element for the connection to the caliper body. Resting counter-surfaces are provided near each element for the connection to the caliper body, which are adapted to couple with connecting seats of the caliper body for a stable and rigid connection between the support element and the caliper body. A stiffening support element connects the two support element tines. The stiffening support element has a stiffening element resting surface for resting and supporting the second pad.

Brake caliper support element

A disc brake caliper body, having a second elongated element on a side opposed to a wheel has at least two portions each defining a connecting seat adapted for the connection of the caliper body to a support element for supporting the caliper to a vehicle. At least one thrust device seat faces freely in an axial direction so that the at least one thrust device seat can be accessed entirely along straight directions parallel to the axial direction avoiding to interfere with the caliper body.

Disc brake caliper body

A brake or clutch actuating lever is rotatably connected to a support structure. An adjustment lever, mechanically distinct from the actuating lever, transmits the angular actuation stroke of the actuating lever to a brake or clutch actuation unit. The adjustment lever comprises a mechanism for adjusting the rest position of the adjustment lever, mechanically separate from the actuating lever.

Actuating device with collapsible lever

Actuation device for brakes and/or clutches, in particular for motorcycles, provided with a device body, an attachment portion for attachment of the device to the handlebar of an associable motorcycle, and a support and guide portion of an actuation element. The attachment portion comprises at least one attachment bracket, suitable for partially receiving the portion of handlebar used for the attachment of the actuation device, and a locking bracket attached to the attachment bracket on the side opposite the associable handlebar, so as to identify a seat suitable for locking a portion of handlebar in the middle. Advantageously, the device body is in polymer material and the locking bracket is at least partially in metal and extends in a single piece from a first to a second end, the first end facing the attachment portion and the second end facing the support and guide portion.

Actuation device for brakes and/or clutches, in particular for motorcycles

A control device such as a handlebar-mounted brake includes a support structure containing a hydraulic piston, a lever pivotally connected to the support structure by a pin, and a transmission element for transmitting force from the lever to the piston during a normal actuation stroke of the lever. The lever may pivot outward substantially beyond its normal rest position. A torsion spring biases the lever in the actuation direction so that the lever and the transmission element are normally in contact. However, in the event of a fall, the lever can pivot outward from its normal rest position, out of contact with the transmission element. The hydraulic components are thereby protected from damage, as the pin and support structure bear the entire impact force applied to the lever.

Collapsible control lever device

An adjustable lever assembly for a motorcycle master cylinder includes a first element pivotally connected to the master cylinder, and a manually operable second element pivotally connected to the first element. An adjuster rotatably mounted on the second element can be turned to adjust the angular rest position between the first and second elements.

Adjustment device for motorcycle master cylinders

A switch in particular for a master cylinder unit, for opening and/or closing an electrical circuit, for example, for switching on the brake lights, comprises a casing suitable for being housed in a compartment of the cylinder body, a first electrical contact fixed firmly to the casing, a movable element slidable in the casing, a second electrical contact associated with the movable element, and a resilient element for keeping the movable element constantly urged against the piston of the master cylinder unit. The switch forms a switch box which is produced separately and can be associated with the cylinder body in the compartment provided therein.

A master cylinder which has an unusual ability to limit space requirements, to be fitted in vehicles controllable by handlebars, comprises a cylinder body provided with a seat for housing a portion of the handlebar. A chamber for slidably housing a piston extends along an axis inside the cylinder body. A manual control lever which acts on the piston is mounted on the cylinder body for pivoting about its fulcrum in a plane. The axis along which the chamber for slidably housing the piston extends intersects the plane of pivoting of the control lever at a point.

Hydraulic pump for vehicles controllable by handlebars

A caliper of a disc brake comprises a caliper body having a first half-body and a second half-body. The first half-body has a first hole and the second half-body has a second hole, coaxial with the first hole. The holes receive at least one connecting member suitable for firmly securing the first half-body to the second half-body and further provide an attachment seat capable of receiving an attachment member suitable for firmly securing said caliper body to the fork of a motorcycle.

A hydraulic pump for vehicles controllable by handlebars, having an unusually small space requirement, including a reservoir suitable for containing a working fluid having a free surface at the top, a pump body provided with a wall which delimits a cavity, and also freely conveying the fluid from the reservoir to the cavity of the pump body through an opening provided in the wall of the pump body. The opening is provided in a portion of the wall of the pump body at a distance from the top thereof, so that, during the operation of the pump, the free surface of the fluid contained in the reservoir is able to fall below the top without the fluid exposing the opening.

A hydraulic pump unit (), for a vehicle, that is unusually capable of precise and effective bleeding, comprises a reservoir () for the brake fluid, a master cylinder () in the said pump connected to the said reservoir, and a bleed circuit () connected at one end to the said master cylinder and fitted with a bleed nipple () that is normally closed in order to shut the said circuit off, and it is constructed in such a way that the said bleed circuit () is connected at the other end, downstream of the said bleed nipple (), to the said reservoir ().

Hydraulic pump unit for vehicle

A bypass valve-delay valve assembly for an electric-hydraulic braking system of an electrically driven vehicle which includes a bypass valve section in which the hydraulic braking circuit ducts are obstructed by a solenoid operated valve activated by an electric signal generated by brake pedal depression, and a delay valve section in which the hydraulic fluid is obstructed by a delay valve arranged in a regulator piston whose maximum stroke equals the pressure corresponding to the maximum energy recovery performance generated by the electric drive motors' braking action. Pressure exceeding the maximum energy recovery performance of the drive motors causes the delay valve to open adding hydraulic braking to the electric drive motor braking.
