Disclosed is a concentration plant with differently-functioning sections. The plant comprises a vertically-developing external tubular sheath (), internally of which are comprised: a heat exchanger (), in which a heating fluid coming from a fluid inlet mouth () circulates, which heat exchanger () is defined by a lower plate () and an upper plate () on which lower plate () and upper plate () upper and lower open ends of a first vertically raising tube bundle () and a second descending tube bundle () are fixed, in which first and second tube bundles () the product to be processed circulates; a supply chamber (), arranged inferiorly of the lower plate (), which sets an inlet mouth of the product () in communication with the lower ends of the tubes of the first tube bundle (); a pressurised upper chamber (), arranged superiorly of the upper plate (), which sets in mutual communication the upper ends of the tubes of the first tube bundle () and the second tube bundle (); a separation chamber (), which is arranged internally of the sheath () and inferiorly of the lower plate () and in which the lower ends of the tubes of the second tube bundle () open, a product outlet mouth () being afforded on a closed bottom of the separation chamber (), and an outlet opening () being afforded on a lateral wall of the separation chamber () for exit of steam generated during product concentration.

Concentration plant with differently working sections

The invention relates to an improved concentric tube heat exchanger. The exchanger comprises a cylindrical tube () for circulation of a product provided with a flanged inlet () and a flanged outlet () of the product; a hollow body () concentric internally of the tube (), in which the exchange fluid circulates, defining internally thereof preferential pathways for an outward and a return run of the exchange fluid and having the inlet and the outlet of the exchange fluid arranged at a same end of and in proximity of an end of the tube; a flanged inlet connector () for introducing the product into the tube (), a flange () of which connects with an inlet flange () of the inlet () of the tube; a flanged outlet connector () for extracting the product from the tube (), a flange () of which connects with a flange () of the outlet () of the tube; an intermediate flange (), connected to the end of the hollow body exhibiting the inlet and outlet of the fluid and projecting from the tube (), which is provided with a passage hole () for the product to be treated and with an inlet mouth () and an outlet mouth () for the exchange fluid connected respectively to the outward and return pathway of the exchange fluid; the passage hole (), inlet mouth () and outlet mouth () not being in reciprocal connection.

Heat exchanger with concentric tubes

A rotary seamer () is provided with a carousel () and with at least one seaming station () associated with the carousel () and comprising a rod-like element () rotating around its own longitudinal axis, a seaming tool () rotatably connected to a lever () integral with the rod-like element () and means for rotating the rod-like element () around its own longitudinal axis, in such a way as to displace the seaming tool () from an operative position, in which it interacts with an object seaming it, to a deactivated position, of non interference with the object; said means comprising an electric motor () associated with the carousel and kinetically to the rod-like element () and control means operatively active on the electric motor () to rotate the rod-like element () according to a predefined logic. In known seamers the actuation of the seaming tool is achieved by means of a cam, this entailing limitations and drawbacks in the adaptation of the seamer to the treatment of different objects.

Rotary seamer

A plant for tomato juice concentration uses a falling-film evaporator with an external sleeve which surrounds a vertical bundle of tubes divided into a plurality of sectors in which the tomato juice circulates in succession, and which is combined with a heat exchanger which is arranged externally of the evaporator and which is divided into a plurality of sectors in each of which the tomato juice is circulated and heated as it exits from a sector of tubes of the evaporator before being introduced into a successive sector. The plant also includes a compressor that aspirates steam from a bottom zone, being a separation chamber of the evaporator, compresses it and reintroduces it into the central part of the evaporator.

Plant for concentration of tomato juice

The device for triturating and extracting juice or pulp from food produce is used in particular in the food preserves industry for triturating and subsequently separating the juice or pulp from fruit or vegetables, in particular in a cold-working process. The device comprises a refiner of known type provided with a rotating shaft having blades rotating internally of a sieve contained in an external casing; a triturator group receives a produce to be processed from an infeeder archimedes screw and introduces the produce into the refiner; the triturator group comprises a fixed cylindrical cage, fixed to a casing of the archimedes screw and also fixed to the external casing of the refiner, is arranged coaxially to these machines, and exhibits apertures and a cutting group which rotates with the refiner and which is provided with frontally-acting cutters, and which is arranged internally of the cylindrical cage with the cutters facing the archimedes screw and being provided with radial blades arranged downstream of the cutters.

Device for triturating and extracting the juice or pulp from food products

The food refiner comprises a sieve, provided with an inlet for a produce to be processed and an outlet for a waste product, at a center of which a rotor extends from the inlet to the outlet and bears a plurality of spatulas which interact with an internal surface of the sieve, and a casing which surrounds the sieve and which is provided with an outlet mouth for extracted product. The spatulas can be oriented contemporaneously and with different orientations with respect to an axial direction of the rotor which, for this purpose, comprises an external jacket and an internal jacket which can, on command, translate relatively to each other so as to cause a positioning of the spatulas, made possible by a guided rotatable coupling of the spatulas in relation to the rotor.
