A method comprises providing, via a server, access to a claim wall for an insured party and an insuring party, wherein the claim wall comprises a website page associated with an insurance claim, wherein the website page includes an interface configured to receive input from at least one of the insured party or the insuring party, wherein the website page displays one or more tasks associated with the insurance claim, and wherein the claim wall is configured to be output to a user interface as one or more entries on the website page; receiving, via the server, information that a status of the one or more tasks has changed; and populating an entry of the claim wall with status information regarding the status change of the one or more tasks.

Method and system for enabling interactive communications related to insurance data

A method comprises generating a claim wall comprising a website page and associated with the insurance claim, providing access to the claim wall for an insured party, an insuring party, and a third party service provider, generating a claim entry associated with the insurance claim including one or more tasks for processing of the insurance claim, and posting the claim entry including the one or more tasks on the claim wall.

A method of providing user interaction includes providing a processor and transmitting a communication from a first party to a second party. The method also includes posting, using the processor, an entry associated with the communication on a website, receiving a second communication from the second party to the first party, and posting, using the processor, a second entry associated with the second communication.

Various embodiments disclosed herein are directed to automatically making an initial claim assignment. The systems include information collection subsystems, skills assessment subsystems and assignment recommendation subsystems that provide a customer service representative with a recommendation for the best-suited available claim handler. The customer service representative may accept or override the recommendation in making the claim handler assignment. The determination of the best-suited available claim handler is made by correlating these skills required for handling a particular claim, the skills of the claim handlers, and an algorithm takes into account the claim handler's current loss assignment count, number of hours spent, and future availability.
