A method for the unambiguous personal association of at least one autonomous storage unit () with at least one player in a score keeping device () in order to store at least one status of a game, especially a computer game, network game, or trading card game, is characterized in that an unambiguous identification feature that is effective in the game environment is allocated in a way clearly indicating the player's action to a game status, particularly an amount of properties of a game piece created and/or guided by the player and/or an amount of game situations created and/or managed by the player within the group of players detected by the score keeping device, the game status being created and/or managed by the player, being stored in the at least one autonomous storage unit, and unambiguously identifying the player.

Methods for the unambiguous association of at least one autonomous storage unit with at least one player in a score keeping device

An assembly for electronically performing card games through data transmission between a game console and RFID elements, for reading out and/or changing game status or game course representing data and data characterizing player features. A game pad is provided with defined game fields for receiving data carriers whose information can be read out. An antenna coil device is embedded into the game pad, allowing the readout of game fields. At least one RFID-element is provided with autonomous power supply and a transmitter/receiver unit for data transfer to the console, and with optical and/or acoustic display elements. The RFID-element inductively enters into a data exchange connection with a coupling coil section of the antenna coil device so that the game card data carriers of the respective game field group are readable and possibly changeable, wherein furthermore a signaling element signalizes the reading of the game card data carriers.

The invention concerns a process and a connecting arrangement for producing a chip card, wherein a semiconductor chip on a module is fitted in an opening in a card carrier with the attainment of an electrical and mechanical connection. In accordance with the invention, in place of connections which were hitherto necessary involving a force-locking relationship and/or involving the materials being bonded together, recourse is made to inductive and/or capacitive coupling between the module and the IC-card. For that purpose the module and the card correspondingly have coils and/or capacitive coupling surfaces for signal transmission purposes.

Method and connection arrangement for producing a smart card

The smart card module has a supporting plate which has a first contact plane and a semiconductor chip and electrically conductive connections between the semiconductor chip and the first contact plane. Apart from the first contact plane, the smart card module has, on the reverse side of the supporting plate, another connection plane that is also electrically connected to the semiconductor chip. The other connection plane may be used, for example, for turning on a built-in induction coil inside the chip body for contactless data transfer. The invention relates also to a combined smart card for contacting and contactless data transfer, which contains the smart card module. A manufacturing process is specified with a given sequence of process steps leading to the production of the smart card module.
