A system may include a physically secure environment configured to receive precious metal thereto, to retain precious metal therein, and release precious metal therefrom. A system may include a registration system configured to record and maintain records containing unique precious metal identification information, physically secure location information of precious metal, lot identification information of precious metal, and one of certification information or de-processing information of precious metal. A system may include allocating a portion of a total quantity of certified standard uniform characteristic (SUC) precious metal units in a first location within the physically secure environment to be associated with a first lot and creating a first private registry with corresponding records associated with the allocated portion of certified SUC precious metal units in the first location. A system may include authorizing at least one administrative privilege for the allocated SUC precious metal units of a lot for a trusted partner outside of the physically secure environment.

An internet profile dilution device and method are provided. To prevent the sale of individual user's internet searches to advertisers, an internet profile dilution software is configured to significantly dilute the individual search and browsing by opening a site the individual has selected, or in the default state, will automatically select from a variety of news outlet websites for dilution of the individual's internet profile. The internet profile dilution software will scan the site, for links to another article, and will navigate to that article and spend a random amount of time appearing to read the article. The software will search for particular words from the title of the article to continue to further dilute the internet profile of the individual. The individual's internet search is sufficiently diluted by the internet profile dilution software so that an accurate profile of the individual's internet search and browsing cannot be established.

Traditionally, biometrics provides identification based on fingerprints, iris, or face to a vendor. The vendor's database can be hacked or a person's traditional biometrics can be stolen or compromised. Because an individual has only FFten fingers and two eyes, if compromised, secure identification becomes very difficult. A new approach for personal identification, leveraging 'skin' biometrics, offers protection for individuals, and provides the ability to change their biometric identity by selecting a different patch of skin to use as skin identification. The biometric method and system provides biometric identification based on a small section of a person's skin. Skin biometrics is leveraged for positive identification of individuals. Skin biometrics captures a region of the subject's skin topography, then maps surface landmarks, creating a unique result that the user can provide in various authentication scenarios. The Skin-PIN combines with the virtually limitless possibilities of skin areas on the body of a user.

Current biometric access control systems rely on a biometric sensor at the access control point, a design which has shortcomings on throughput or biometric image quality, which is a particularly important limitation for vehicle traffic, particularly when vehicles do not stop. We disclose a Two-Phase Biometric Access Control System (TBACS) that includes biometric, multi-factor authentication in which the biometric sensor is not required to be at the access control point, the access authorization decision is made prior to arriving, and the access confirmation is verified at the access control point using a rapidly-read token that identifies the person seeking access.

The Selectable Facial Recognition Assistance Method and System (SFRA) allows law enforcement officers, military personnel, and other users the ability to rapidly and accurately identify wanted or known personnel, by combining the ability to select the type of examination, selection of optimized face matching algorithms and expert face examiners. The SFRA allows the user to select 'Quick Looks' or “Long Looks” with respect to the level of detail of examination, along with race-based selected algorithms and expert face examiners. The race-based focused examination combining specialized algorithms and examiners will produce the highest confidence levels of match or no-match based on photographs taken, submitted, as well as database photographs. The SFRA will greatly assist users and persons being photographed to avoid false matches and false no-matches. This system will greatly reduce misidentification, profiling, or any other identification weaknesses that the systems and users may have.

A Secure Environment Public Register (SEPR) provides a method and system that allows precious metals in the shape of ban(s) or units to be certified, specially numbered to provide exact linkage to an owner, allow secure movement of precious metals between secure facilities, and though Blockchain allow secure transfer of ownership between individuals and organizations. The SEPR allows gold and other precious metals to be easily held and traded in commerce with all the advantages of holding precious metals. The SEPR system allows exact audits of the metal bars on hand and avoids over-selling units since each bar is serialized and ownership is documented in a public register.

The Personal Warning Temperature (PWT) is a method of determining a person's personal warning temperature that defines a fever for that person. The PWT may also be used to provide an indication to recommend medical evaluation for a person. The method includes analyzing a person's body temperature measurements taken over time when the person may be healthy, in order to find the person's average temperature, a standard deviation, a channel defined by an upper and lower temperature bound using the average and standard deviation, such that nearly all body temperatures fall within the channel, and a personal warning temperature similarly defined using the average, and the standard deviation. A personal warning temperature may be used for improved and accelerated awareness of a person's health status.

Methods and systems are disclosed for discovery of knowledge, interest and experience of individuals indicated by measured psychophysiologic response (e.g., electroencephalograph) to sensible stimuli (e.g., images). Stimuli are selected to explore targeted topics described in various levels of detail and sub-categories organized as hierarchal trees. The degree of psychophysiologic response to stimuli associated with sub-categories of topics in the hierarchal tree guides selection of additional stimuli to systematically explore hierarchal tree nodes, levels and branches to discover the extent of knowledge, interest or experience related to the targeted topic. A system enabling these methods provides archival and search of hierarchal trees associated with topics of interest, target and non-target stimuli, stimulus dataset generation, editing and presentation, psychophysiologic data collection and processing via local and remote resources, evoked response detection, characterization and scoring, and association of indications of knowledge, interest or experience with regards to facets of the targeted topic.

Knowledge, interest and experience discovery by psychophysiologic response to external stimulation

A system for an ID card identification prevents unauthorized entry to a venue by comparing ID card data for validity and internal matching of a person to a photo on an ID card. The system includes an identification card offered by an individual seeking entry; wherein the identification card includes a photograph of the individual the card is assigned to. An electronic device having a camera thereon takes a photograph of the photograph on the identification card. The electronic device takes a picture of individual offering the identification card for access to the venue. The electronic device verifies the authenticity of the identification card. The electronic device having circuitry and software which determines a match, low match or no match between the individual in the photograph on the identification card and the photograph of the individual presenting the identification card, for entry into the venue.

ID card identification device (ICID)

An information-based access control system for facilities. The control system includes a mobile app and securely connected central server, which is cloud-based. The app collects and transmits multiple biometric and other authentication factors and the facility enabling the server to verify identity and check to ensure the person is authorized to obtain access. If so, the server issues a limited duration approved biometric, which can be displayed to the facility guards, compared with a on-site image taken with a biometric sensor at the location, and used to control signal lights and electronic gates to obtain access quickly, conveniently, inexpensively, and securely. Also, a vehicle on the move can acquire access without having to slow down or stop if the biometric sensor can obtain an image inside the vehicle.

Information-based, biometric, asynchronous access control system

A group association system attempts to identify if an individual is 'gifted' in any particular area. A group association system is based on brainwave response to stimulation is disclosed. The system including a brainwave stimuli device which provides stimuli to groups of highly skilled, general skilled, and a general population groups, as test stimuli for determination of group association. A brainwave collection device collects brainwaves of individuals, with the brainwave collection device storing collected brainwaves in a brainwave database. A brainwave processing device analyzes brainwaves received from the brainwave database. A brainwave analysis device uses analyst screens, artificial intelligence or machine learning to analyze the brainwaves create at least one signature development module for determination of similar brainwaves related to different individuals' responses to the same stimuli. In addition, at least one signature development module determines which individuals have the same or similar brainwave responses to the same test stimuli.

Group association system and method based on brainwave response to external stimulation

A system and method for identifying individuals that compatibly contribute to high-performing teams is disclosed. Teams may range in size and complexity from a two-person team of roommates to many hundreds in a commercial product development team. Candidates for new or existing teams are identified by matching brainwave response of candidates to the brainwave signature of high-performing, compatible teams. The stimuli of stimulus datasets are rapidly presented to candidates and sensed by any of the five human senses. The signature of a team type is a set of brainwave response characteristics extracted from one or more high-performing, compatible exemplar teams presented with the stimulus dataset and is also distinctly different from other team types or the general population. Closeness of fit between a candidate's brainwave response and the signature of the exemplar team provides an indication of the likely compatible fit and contribution of a candidate to a high-performing team.

A system and method of testing, recording, tracking, and verifying the health of an individual to other persons while providing confidence that the individual user has taken and reported to at least one medical measurement, and this measurement has been identified as normal or not normal to the specific individual user, is provided. A medical instrument which is self-administered by the said individual user and a Green Screen Health Verification System (GS-HVS) server are provided. Software that contains prearranged decisions and protocols to provide guidance to said individual user and to an individual user's supervisor and records any abnormal reporting from said individual user and provides alerts based on said protocol. Software returns guidance from said GS-HVS server to said individual user, and upon said GS-HVS indicting that said individual user has good health, software displays a good health status or 'Green Screen' on said individual user's said mobile device.

The method also determines a correction or interpretation of a person's body temperature based on the time of day to account for known variations associated with circadian rhythm. A person can use their personal warning temperature for improved and accelerated awareness of their health status.

Techniques are disclosed for detecting knowledge based on brainwave response to external stimulation. A subject can be exposed to stimuli and brainwave responses indicating a p-300 signal can be detected. Further stimuli or sequences of stimuli can be selected be presented to the subject based on the category correlated with the stimuli that indicate a p-300 response.
