A dosing device for bulk material having a dosing scale fastened to an outlet opening of a bulk material container. The dosing device comprises a motor-driven conveyor, extending substantially horizontally, which is designed to convey the bulk material from an entry region to an exit region. The entry region is arranged under the bulk material container. The exit region is supported on at least one first measurement device which is arranged and designed to determine the weight load of the conveyor by the bulk material. The conveyor is attached in a free floating manner to the bulk material container at the entry region thereof.

Self-calibrating dosing device

A cellular wheel sluice embodied as a blow-through sluice is suitable for dosing secondary fuel, for example. The blow-through sluice includes a supply chute () in the top area and a cylindrical housing () which is disposed below the supply chute () and in which a cellular wheel () is arranged. The cellular wheel () includes radial webs (), in the rotational area of which a blow-in hole () and an opposite blow-out hole () are provided on the side faces (26) of the housing. An injector nozzle () which blows the transport air into the rotating dosing chambers () so as to empty the same, is integrated into the housing in the area, of the blow-in hole (). Thereby pressure differences result in the dosing chamber () that is to be emptied such that only small pressure loads act upon the metallically hard gap seals, which have a long useful life and allow only small quantities of leakage air, and which are arranged on the radial end areas of the cellular wheel webs ().

Cellular wheel sluice

The invention relates to a cross spring element, as it is preferably arranged in measuring apparatuses for the measurement of the mass flow of bulk materials according to the Coriolis principle. In that regard, two bearing elements () that are rotatable relative to one another are provided in the measuring branch and comprise at least four mutually orthogonally crossing leaf spring elements (), which connect both of the bearing elements () with one another. In that regard, the mutually crossing leaf spring elements () of one radial direction () are arranged at least pair-wise and cross themselves on the rotation axis (). The ends of each leaf spring pair () in that regard are secured on one side respectively on different bearing elements () so that they transmit radial compressive and tensile loads in each direction () simultaneously.
