The invention relates to a novel douche nozzle suitable for vaginally administering a douche fluid.

Containers for storing and displaying an object are provided which include a first base member having a transparent area located such that an object to be placed within the container is visible through the transparent area when the container is in a closed position. The containers also include a second base member and a hinge interconnecting the first and the second base members. The first base member is movable with respect to the second base member between a closed position in which the peripheral edges are releasably latchable and an open position in which the base members are at least partially spaced from each other. The closed position defines a hollow interior space for receiving an object to be placed therein. Containers for storing objects which, while not including a transparent area, also include overlapping flanges coextensive with each base member are also provided.

A douche nozzle has an internal baffle member for regulating the flow of liquid exiting the nozzle. The nozzle may be provided with spaced apart grooves on its exterior surface extending from the distal end of the nozzle to and across an internally threaded open base.

A dispenser of the type having an elongated reservoir for storing toothpaste or other fluent material, an outlet nozzle at one end of the reservoir, and a one-way piston at the other end of the reservoir in contact with the fluent material, the one-way piston comprising a body portion having a top surface for contacting material in the reservoir, a flexible annular sealing member for sealingly engaging the inner wall of the reservoir, and one or more air-venting passages for permitting air trapped between the fluent material in the reservoir and the piston to be vented to the atmosphere as the piston is inserted into the dispenser and into contact with the material.

A douche product which comprises a bottle filled with a douching liquid, a reservoir in the bottle containing a liquid to be mixed with the douching liquid and a nozzle attached to the bottle for dispensing the contents of the bottle, the nozzle and the reservoir having cooperating devices so that the reservoir may be opened to permit the contents thereof to drain into the bottle when the nozzle is moved relative to the bottle.
