A modular, cooling device for providing cool air to a body and/or an external environment comprises a first body portion combining a cooling medium and air passageways therethrough. The first body portion may be detached from second and third body portions and placed in a freezer to refreeze the cooling media, and reattached for further use. The second body portion may include a material that absorbs condensate that forms within the air passageways. The third body portion may include a fan for driving air into the cooling device, through the air passageways and out of the cooling device. When passing through the air passageways, a heat transfer is produced between the passing air and the cooling medium, cooling the passing air. The fan speed may be varied to adjust air flow.

Air-cooling device

A molded wall flashing kick out is designed to be the lower terminus end of a flashing system that is used wherein a roof section terminates against a sidewall of a building. The molded wall flashing kick out has a sheet-like body member that is bent along a longitudinal seam. A kick out plate is integrally formed on the end cap and extends outwardly from a generally vertical section of the body member toward and attaches to a generally horizontal section of the body member. A channel, which may have two sections, is formed on the body member in order to receive a vinyl siding J-channel. The outer edge of the horizontal section of the body member is curled while at least one opening is located on the vertical section of the body member in order to receive a fastener therethrough.

A machine, apparatus, and method for targeting the abdominal and oblique muscle groups. The abdominal exercise system includes a frame, carriage, and an upper body support. In one embodiment, the user places at least a portion of their lower body on the carriage. The user leans their forearms and elbows against an angled upper body support while grasping a set of handles to secure the user's upper body. In turn, the user swings the carriage back and forth along an arcuate path beginning at a position behind the upper body support and ending at a position in front of the upper support, thereby contracting and relaxing the abdominal muscle group.

In some embodiments, the carriage is connected to the frame by non-parallel first and second swing-arms. The abdominal exerciser of the present invention is an exercise device designed to work the abdominal and oblique muscle groups. The abdominal exerciser includes a sled that is supported by and slides or rolls along at least one track. The upper body support is ergonomically positioned higher than the sled, and fixed to a cross bar supported by the track. The cross bar is designed to rotate forward to simulate an abdominal exercise 'crunch' motion when the knees are brought within proximity of the upper body support.

An attachment for a chain saw, suitable for holding a work length gauge, such as a wire log length gauge, to the chain saw so as to facilitate measuring and cutting logs to equal length, is provided for fastening to different handles and/or handle portions of different types of chain saws and for holding the gauge in desired gauging position with respect to the saw chains and cuts. The attachment is adapted to be fastened to vertical, horizontal transverse and horizontal longitudinal handle portions and to hold the log length gauge so that it may extend horizontally and transversely with respect to the chain. Positioning of the attachment on the saw may be effected by removing or loosening the saw handle and sliding the attachment onto it and then refastening the handle. In a preferred embodiment of the invention the attachment may be fastened to the saw handle without the need for loosening or removing the handle.
