Disclosed herein is an exercise board assembly that includes an exercise board, a support leg, and one or more rocker surface(s). The support leg is pivotally mounted to the exercise board and can be secured in at least two positions, including one to arrange the board in a stable angled configuration relative to a floor and a folded position. The support leg can be locked in a number of positions so that a user can perform different exercises using the exercise board. The rocker surface may support the exercise board on the floor surface when the support leg is in the folded position. When engaged with the floor, the rocker surface(s) cause the board to be unstable, thereby causing it to rock or tilt relative to the floor. Stops may be included to limit a range for rocking of the board relative to the floor surface.

Exercise board assembly

An exercise apparatus includes an adjustable support frame configured be adjusted to raise or lower a waist portion thereof to accommodate users of different heights standing adjacent thereto on a support surface. The exercise apparatus also includes a pivotal upper body support constructed and arranged to pivot relative to the support frame. The upper body support is configured to receive a torso of a user standing adjacent to the adjustable support frame, and facilitate a traction exercise to stretch a spine of the user when the torso of the user engages the pivotal upper body support and bends over the support frame.

Standing traction device

An exercise device includes a frame assembly having a base portion constructed and arranged to engage a surface, a first frame member and a second frame member, a seat, a crank pedal mechanism, an adjustable desk, and an actuator. The second frame member is configured to movable between a first position in which the desk is positioned closer to the seat so as to allow the user seated on the seat to use the desk and a second position in which the desk is positioned away from the seat so as to allow the user to stand upright on the surface with the user's body positioned between the seat and the desk to use the desk in a standing position. The actuator is constructed and arranged to be actuated to enable the second frame member to be moved between the first position and the second position.

Exercise device with adjustable desk

An exercise apparatus includes a doorway engaging portion configured to releasably secure the exercise apparatus in a doorway and distribute a weight of a user of the exercise apparatus through a frame of the doorway. The exercise apparatus also includes a finger hold mounted to the doorway engaging portion, the finger hold comprising a ridge or groove shaped and sized to receive the fingertips of the user. When the doorway engaging portion is releasably securing the exercise apparatus in the doorway, the user may insert the fingertips around the ridge or into the groove of the finger hold, and perform an exercise by supporting an entirety of the weight of the user through the frame of the doorway via the finger hold. A method of exercising using an exercise device having a doorway engaging portion and a finger hold configured to receive the fingertips of a user, is also disclosed.

Pull-up bar with hand and finger holds

An exercise device is disclosed that is useful for performing various exercises including Pilates exercises. The exercise device includes a pilates tower having first and second sides. A first padded surface extends horizontally from the first side of the pilates tower. The first padded surface pivotally mounts to the pilates tower. A second padded surface extends horizontally from the pilates tower. A third padded surface is removably attached to the first padded surface. A pivot frame pivotally attaches to the pilates tower. The pivot frame extends over the second padded surface in one embodiment. In addition, the pivot frame can include a first horizontal bar. The exercise device can also include a second horizontal bar for use as a plie bar.

Portable workout apparatus having a pivotally mounted exercise bar

A portable workout apparatus comprising a bar, a frame, and a padded structured secured to the frame. The bar is held at an adjustable bar height. The frame supports the bar at the adjustable bar height. The padded structure is secured to the frame, and has a first portion and a second portion. The first and second portions have a deployed position forming a substantially horizontal surface that forms an opening with the bar and the frame that is adapted to accommodate a user. The first portion is further capable of pivoting, relative to the second portion, to a substantially vertical position for storage.

Portable workout apparatus including a plie bar

An assembly for supporting a user in multiple positions relative to a surface, the assembly including a frame positioned on the surface, a support being movably coupled to the frame, a first connector extending from beneath the support and being movable with the support as the support moves relative to the frame, and a second connector positioned beneath the support. The first connector is movable relative to the second connector as the support moves relative to the frame, and the first connector is selectively secured to the second connector in different positions, each of the different positions corresponding to a different position of the support relative to the frame.

Supporting device

An elliptical exercise machine in which elongate foot pedaling members are rotatably connected to a crank assembly including a pair of diametrically opposed cranks. Toward one end of each foot pedaling member, an arm is pivotally mounted to the exerciser frame and has a free end with a roller that rollably supports the end of the foot pedaling member. A spring is mounted between the frame and each arm. The springs reduce shock and jarring movement for the user as the user traverses generally elliptical paths using the two foot pedaling members.

Elliptical exercise device

An exerciser includes a frame assembly including a lower frame portion constructed and arranged to be stably supported in an operative position on a horizontal surface and rigid upright frame structure defining laterally spaced left and right free end portions. A user support assembly is operatively connected with the lower frame portion and is constructed and arranged to support a user thereon. Left and right moving assemblies are disposed in normal inoperative positions with respect to the user support assembly constructed and arranged to be manually engaged and individually manually moved away from the normal inoperative position thereof into a desired extended position by a user supported on the user support assembly.

Exerciser with multiple bungee cord resistance and enhanced bench movements

An exerciser includes an upright frame assembly constructed and arranged to be disposed in an operative position supported on a horizontal surface. The upright frame assembly has a user support assembly to support a user thereon. First, second and third moving assemblies are disposed in normal inoperative positions with respect to the user support assembly. The first, second and third moving assemblies are manually engaged and individually manually moved away from the normal inoperative position thereof into a desired extended position by a user supported on the user support assembly. First, second and third connecting terminals are connected to the first, second and third moving assemblies, respectively, so that the first and third connecting terminals and the second and third connecting terminals move away from one another when any one of the moving assemblies is moved away from the normal inoperative position thereof. The set of resilient resistance structures has operative extents and is separately connected between the first and third connecting terminals and between the second and third connecting terminals. The set of resilient resistance structures provide resilient resistance throughout the operative extent thereof to the relative movement of the first and third connecting terminals and the second and third connecting terminals away from one another and a resilient bias throughout the operative extent thereof to move the first and third connecting terminals and second and third connecting terminals toward one another.

An exercise device is constructed and arranged to be used by a user to perform multiple exercises, which exercises utilize the user's weight as resistance. The exercise device comprises a pair of manually movable structures including U-shaped rocker elements having downwardly facing convex surfaces constructed and arranged to be supported on a horizontal surface. The pair of movable structures include a pair of hand grips which are to be moved by the user when supported by a user support structure connected between the pair of movable structures. Movement of the hand grips moves the user support structure disposed adjacent the horizontal surface upwardly from the horizontal surface enabling the user to resist such movement and manually resist a return movement by the supported weight of the user on the user support structure.

Exercise device

An exerciser featuring a frame assembly which includes a lower frame portion that is constructed and arranged to be stablely supported in an operative position on a horizontal surface. First and second rigid upright support members is fixed at lower end portions thereof on the lower frame portion and extends upwardly from the lower frame portion when in the operative position thereof. A user support assembly is operatively connected with the lower frame portion and is constructed and arranged to support a user thereon. The first and second rigid upright support members have first and second rigid upper free end portions respectively configured to curve upwardly from the lower portions thereof in outwardly diverging relation with respect to one another. A pair of separate moving assemblies is disposed in normal inoperative positions with respect to the user support assembly. Each moving assembly is constructed and arranged to be manually engaged and individually manually moved away from the normal inoperative position thereof into a desired extended position by a user supported on the user support assembly.

Bench exerciser with upwardly diverging bungee cord supports

An exercise apparatus includes a frame, a seat for a user, and a feet engageable moving mechanism carried by the frame and including a pair of feet engaging members. The feet engaging members present different foot receiving surfaces to be engaged by the feet of a user for providing different leg movements depending on the position of the user and the user's legs. First foot receiving surfaces support a user in a standing position and move the user's feet in a generally elliptical path of motion simulating a natural foot striding. Second foot receiving surfaces are spaced further away from the seat than the first foot receiving surfaces and have vertical components enabling a seated user to extend his legs forwardly and exert, with the bottom of his feet, forces having substantial horizontal components to the feet engaging members to drive the feet engageable moving mechanism against its internal resistance. The apparatus may also include third foot receiving surfaces spaced closer to the seat than the first foot receiving surfaces and having horizontal components enabling a seated user to extend his legs downwardly and exert, with the bottom of his feet, forces having substantial vertical components to the feet engaging members to drive the feet engageable moving mechanism against its internal resistance. Third foot receiving surfaces are constructed and arranged to direct the user's feet in generally circular paths of motion.
