A single point quick disconnect spray bar is disclosed for movement between a connected position, in which the spray bar is operatively connected to a press frame, and a disconnected position. A mounting guide secured to the spray bar is engagable with the press frame and movably supports the spray bar in the disconnected position when so engaged. A closure member, having a first part affixed to a first end of the spray bar and a second end affixed to the press frame moves the spray bar into the connected position when the first and second parts are engaged. A method of connecting a spray bar is also disclosed.

Single point quick disconnect spray bar

A spray bar for use with a first web having a first width and a second web having a second width comprises a spray bar mounting channel having at least one cut-out in a front surface thereof. A plurality of reduction plates are affixed to the mounting channel over the cut-out. In one embodiment, each reduction plate has a center line and an opening therethrough located a predetermined offset from the center line.

Spray bar for use with webs of different widths

A television flaw detector, and process, for inspection of the wall surface of a hole through a circuit board. The circuit board is positioned on a support beneath a microscope, with the hole to be inspected aligned with the microscope. On the opposite side of the circuit board are an optical condenser and a light source. The condenser directs a divergent conical beam of light into the hole to illuminate the wall surface of the hole about its entire circumference and along its full length. A mask prevents non-reflected light rays from passing directly through the condenser and the hole into the microscope. A television camera mounted on the microscope is connected to a television monitor upon which it produces an image of a region of the wall surface of the hole extending from its full circumference at a selected position along its length.
