A mounting bracket used to attach cables to a cable tray rung. The mounting bracket has a bracket main body and a bracket spring attachment. The bracket main body includes a base plate and a cable attachment member for supporting the cables. The bracket spring attachment slidingly engages the bracket main body to form the mounting bracket. The bracket spring attachment secures the assembled mounting bracket to the cable tray rung.

Cable bracket assembly

A wire harness assembly system is disclosed. The wire harness assembly system includes a grid tile designed to receive repositionable accessories to route wires along the grid tile. The grid tile includes a plurality of keyed holes extending from the top of the grid tile, through the grid tile, to the bottom of the grid tile. The grid tile also includes a locking surface on the bottom of the grid tile. The locking surface complements the plurality of keyed holes to receive the repositionable accessory and to maintain the repositionable accessory in a locked position.

A grounding pipe clamp secures a pipe and accommodates various attachment configurations to secure a range of conductor sizes. The grounding pipe clamp includes a bolt, a main body, and clamping pads. The bolt has a first leg and a second leg. The main body has a first end portion, a middle portion, and a second end portion. The first end portion has a slot that receives the first leg of the bolt. The second end portion has a L-shaped cutout that receives the second leg of the bolt to secure a pipe between the main body and the bolt. The clamping pads are secured to the first leg of the bolt and the second leg of the bolt. The clamping pads secure the conductors positioned on the main body.

Grounding pipe clamp

A terminal locator mounted to crimp dies in a crimp tool to aide in positioning electrical terminals in the tool. The terminal locator includes a mounting base secured to the tool. The mounting base includes a main body with a mounting hole to receive mounting hardware to secure the main body to the crimp tool. The terminal locator also includes a terminal locator body that is pivotally mounted to the mounting base. The terminal locator body rotates away from the crimp tool when the terminal locator is not required for positioning the terminal in the tool.

A wire harness assembly system is disclosed. The wire harness assembly system includes a locking mount for receiving a wire routing accessory. The locking mount includes a main body with an upper portion, a base flange, and a lower portion. The lower portion includes a locating shaft extending from the base flange. The locating shaft has keyed members positioned opposite each other. The locating shaft and the keyed members of the locking mount are positioned in keyed holes in a grid tile. The locking mount is rotated to a locked position in the grid tile to secure the locking mount and the wire routing accessory mounted thereto.

A termination bar assembly comprises a termination bar including opposing ends, a top surface and opposing side surfaces, wherein the opposing side surfaces define a plurality of openings for receiving one or more electrical conductors, The termination bar assembly may further comprise a clamping arrangement for receiving and holding a main conductor. The clamping arrangement may comprise a central body portion and at least one flange extending therefrom. The assembly can further comprise a base for holding said termination bar and affixing said termination bar to a mounting surface and a dome releasably securable to said base.

Certain embodiments of the present invention provide a clamp for securing a grounding connector to a structural member. The clamp includes a clamp body having a top section, a bottom section, and a side section, which define an opening for receiving the structural member. The top section includes a plurality of mounting sections separated by at least one slot. Each of the mounting sections includes a mounting hole for receiving a mounting fastener to secure the clamp to the structural member.

Beam clamp

A clamp used to create a bond between under floor wiring systems and a common bonding network is disclosed. The clamp includes a mounting bracket, a J-bolt and a split bolt for securing wires to the mounting bracket. The mounting bracket has a main body with an aperture and a slot. The J-bolt has a first end and a second end. The first end of the J-bolt is attached at the aperture of the mounting bracket and the second end of the J-bolt is positioned within the slot of the mounting bracket. The second end of the J-bolt is removed from the slot to enable the second end of the J-bolt to pivot away from the mounting bracket enabling the J-bolt to engage a floor pedestal.

Common bonding network clamp

A clamp used to create a bond between under floor wiring systems and a common bonding network. The clamp includes a mounting plate, a U-bolt and a split bolt for securing wires to the mounting plate. The mounting plate has an aperture and a slot. The U-bolt has a first end and a second end. The first end of the U-bolt is attached at the aperture of the mounting plate and the second end of the U-bolt is positioned within the slot of the mounting plate. The second end of the U-bolt is removed from the slot to enable the second end of the U-bolt to pivot away from the mounting plate enabling the U-bolt to engage a floor pedestal.

A compression connector is provided for securing wires electrically together but mechanically separated upon completion of a crimping operation applied to the compression connector. The compression connector includes a body portion having a first hook and a first ramp extending from the body portion, the first hook and first ramp forming a first opening providing an entrance to a main wire port in the body portion. The body portion further includes a second hook and a second ramp extending from the body portion, the second hook and second ramp forming a second opening defining an entrance to a common tap wire port in the body portion. A first tap wire nest is located in the body portion with the first tap wire nest having an opening in communication with the common tap wire port. A second tap wire nest is located in the body portion with the second tap wire nest having an opening on communication with the common tap wire port. In an embodiment, a third tap wire nest is located in the body portion, the third tap wire nest having an opening in communication with the common tap wire port.

Multi-port compression connector with single tap wire access port

A compression connector for crimping and securing a tap wire of various sizes within a range of tap wire sizes to a main line wire. The compression connector has a body portion including a first hook and a first ramp extending from the compression connector body part. The space between the hook and the ramp comprises a first opening for insertion of a main line wire into contact with the hook and ramp prior to crimping. The body portion also includes a second hook and a second ramp forming a second opening defining an entrance to a tap wire port. The body portion defining the second opening includes nest portions adapted to receive and accommodate different sizes of tap wires prior to crimping, and to hold the tap wires in place during crimping. Each nest portion is in communication with the second opening that forms a single entrance to the tap wire port.

An enclosure formed from a first compartment and an identical second compartment to house an electrical connector. Each compartment has a main body that is defined by a first wall, a second wall and ends. The first wall of each compartment has an outer tab with at least one projection that extends inwards and an inner tab positioned adjacent to the outer tab. The second wall of each compartment has an aperture. When the compartments are mounted to each other to form the enclosure, the projection of the first wall of the first compartment is disposed in the aperture in the second wall of the second compartment and the projection of the first wall of the second compartment is disposed in the aperture in the second wall of the first compartment. The enclosure also includes a label and label cover that are disposed inside the enclosure to identify the connector.
