This game is a method performed by a processor for playing this item exchange game at a party or other gathering, for the purpose of enhancing the enjoyment and interaction of the participants while exchanging gifts or trading items. The game is played with virtual Turn Cards, Trader Cards, and Block Cards. The computer establishes the order of play to be displayed on the turn cards, and the trader cards instruct a player to select an unclaimed item, which concludes the turn. The trader card may instruct the player to take a turn card or claimed item from a Targeted Player. The Targeted Player may give up the turn card or claimed item, or may request a block card with instructions to prevent the player from taking the Targeted Player's turn card or claimed item. A turn is completed when a player selects an unclaimed item. The game ends when no unclaimed items remain.

Gift exchange and trading game

A holding apparatus includes an anchor plate including upper and lower sections and a core member sandwiched medially of the upper and lower sections. A bore passes through the upper and lower sections and the core member. A plurality of elongated support legs are connected to the anchor plate and are adaptable along opposing radial paths. An elongated support rod is included for axially receiving and supporting the filter. The support rod is engageable with the anchor plate such that the support rod becomes aligned along a vertical plane while extending away from the anchor plate. The apparatus further includes a locking wedge having an inverted conical shape and an elongated sleeve formed therein for attaching to the support rod. The locking wedge engages the filter such that the filter becomes positioned between the locking wedge and the anchor plate. The locking wedge includes threadably adjustable spherical gripping members.

Apparatus for holding a pool filter during cleaning procedures

The gutter foam filter elements are generally triangular, four-foot lengths of flexible plastic open-cell foam material placed in and extending the full length of a conventional 'K' type or similar roof gutter. The foam filter elements may be inserted within the gutter below gutter spikes. The foam material is an open-pore polyether foam of 10&#x2013;20 cells per square inch which allows rainwater to travel through the filter while excluding leaves. The foam is generally in the form of a right triangle and so disposed in the gutter as to have one side extending along the back of the gutter and the other side of the triangle spanning the open space across the upper open portion of the gutter. The sloped wall defines a void in the lower front portion of the gutter for rainwater flow to a downspout. The lower corner of the element is truncated forming a lower support wall.

Gutter foam filter

The invention is a memory card protective carrier for carrying memory cards and for protecting data transfer ports of the cards. The carrier includes a back frame secured adjacent a front frame having at least one memory card sleeve between the back and front frames. The card sleeve includes a top strut opposed to a bottom strut, an inside strut positioned between the top and bottom struts, wherein the top, bottom and inside struts cooperate to define a card slot dimensioned to house a memory card so that top and bottom edges of the card are adjacent the top and bottom struts. The front frame includes a window perimeter that defines a card window and includes a positioning guide adjacent the top strut in the shape of an asymmetrical corner dimensioned to correspond to an asymmetrical corner of the memory card. The back frame defines a compression tap aperture opposed to the card window, and includes at least one compression tab projecting into the card slot. The memory card sleeve also includes a protective band defined within the back frame that extends from adjacent the top strut toward the bottom strut a distance that is adequate to overlie and protect data transfer ports of the memory card whenever the memory card is positioned within the card slot with the asymmetrical corner of the memory card adjacent the asymmetrical corner of the window perimeter.

Memory card protective carrier

The present invention is a container for containing a PCMCIA card, or an electronic card similar thereto. The container comprises a box that has a bottom portion for holding the card, and a cover portion that is rotatably connected with the bottom portion in order to fit over the bottom portion in the closed position. In the closed position, the cover and bottom portions form a box compartment. The bottom portion comprises opposite side walls that have flexible arms, wherein each arm has a clasp and a cam member, as a single unit and integral with each arm's distal end. A PCMCIA card fits within the area defined by the bottom portion's side walls. The area within which the PCMCIA card fits is slightly smaller than the area of the compartment in order to allow flex spaces for the arms to flex when a PCMCIA card has been fitted between the arms. The clasp and cam member on each arm enables both the arms to flex laterally when engaged by a PCMCIA card that is forced through the arms, and the automatic securing of the PCMCIA card when the PCMCIA card is fitted fully within the containing area, thereby enabling easy or automated loading of PCMCIA cards.

Container for electronic card

A multi-ply, back and abdominal support belt having a generally elastic primary ply, a non-elastic, unyielding secondary ply, and a high tension elastic tertiary ply. The multi-ply belt is further provided with cooperation fasteners and securing elements to hold the elements in cooperative engagement. Reinforcing straps are further attached to the belt to control tension balances.

The invention discloses an apparatus for illuminating a readily visible distinctive sign or signal preferably located on a rear portion of the motor vehicle, to warn an occupant of the following vehicle that the forward vehicle occupant has observed something of sufficient concern that rearwardly located traffic should be warned and alerted to the possibility of an emergency. The distinctive sign signal embodies the illusion of light converging from a perimeter to an attention point and illumination progressively increasing from the perimeter reaching crescendo at the attention point. The embodiment herein discloses a switch actuating mechanism in conjunction with the steering wheel so that the switch may be thrown thereby energizing electrical circuit means to illuminate the warning sign substantially instantaneous with the sense of danger.

Highway hazard warning sign signal

A hand slicer for prepared meat such as roasts, hams, and other boneless meats. The meat is positioned in a rack that has a configuration closely approximating that of the prepared meat to prevent back and forth movement as well as eliminating the use of a hand to hold the meat. The meat is advanced by a screw mechanism to a stop plate which in turn is a predetermined cutting position to control the portions of the cut. The stop also serves as a plate for receiving the cut slices and for dispensing the cut portion to another plate. The rack has an elongated slot positioned over a tray for the saving of the meat juices. A warming oven encloses the entire slicer to maintain the meat at a predetermined temperature.

A livestock guide and manipulator panel prod is disclosed by this invention wherein electronic shocking circuitry is provided in combination with a hand-held livestock guiding and directing panel having electronic prods of said circuitry arranged on the surface of the panel.
