A transaction processing system capable of processing transactions and implementing a flexible circuit breaker process during a cyber event. A circuit breaker module initiates a circuit breaker event (CBE), an account identification module identifies one or more affected accounts, and a rule generation module generates conditional rules for evaluating each transaction presented to a transaction processing module. If a transaction presented to the transaction processing module satisfies the conditional rule, the transaction is not processed. Transactions not processed are stored in memory and groups of impacted transactions are assigned to resource modules based on common characteristics. The resource module determines if impacted transactions should be allowed to process. A message notification module monitors and receives notifications and updates a dashboard display to allow users to visualize the impact of a cyber event.

A system is typically configured to continuously monitor one or more channels, wherein the one or more channels are associated with sources of initiation of resource transfer requests, receive a resource transfer request from a resource entity system via at least one channel of the one or more channels, in response to receiving the resource transfer request, generate, via an artificial intelligence engine, one or more recommendations associated with routing of the resource transfer request, wherein each of the one or more recommendations comprises a resource transfer method, and route the resource transfer request via a resource transfer method associated with at least one recommendation of the one or more recommendations.

Nondigestible fat compositions having relatively flat Solid Fat Content (SFC) profile slopes between typical room and body temperatures are disclosed. These nondigestible fat comprise a liquid nondigestible oil and relatively small nondigestible particles dispersed in the oil to control passive oil loss. These nondigestible particles consist essentially of a cocrystallized blend of a nondigestible solid polyol fatty acid polyester hardstock and a crystal modifier capable of inducing this hardstock to form these relatively small particles. Edible fat-containing products comprising these nondigestible fat can be less waxy tasting due to the lower level of solids required for passive oil loss control.

Structure ir provided for assisting a person in keeping track of appointments, times for taking medication or the times for turning on electrical equipment or such. The structure comprises an electronic circuit capable of generating signals representing up to N different pre-set times at which specific events are to occur where N is a selected positive integer such as 20. Switches are then provided, each switch corresponding on a one-to-one basis to a unique pre-set time, such that the user can set those switches corresponding to the pre-set times at which the user desires events to take place. An alarm is provided to indicate in sequence when the actual time corresponds to the pre-set time corresponding to each set switch. The user can only shut off the alarm when the alarm is sounding and the system will then automatically record the number of times during which the alarm has come on and the user has responded to the alarm by silencing it thereby to provide a cumulative count of total events to which the user has responded. A doctor can then check the cumulative count to ensure that a patient has presumptively taken medicines prescribed at selected times in accordance with the programmed schedule on the structure. Because the alarm can only be silenced when it is sounding, accidental silencing of the alarm at any time is prevented. The structure of this invention combines the convenience and ease of an electronic alarm system with the simplicity and permanence of a written record of events.
