Disclosed is a high pressure injection molding system employing one or more plastic injection molding workstations including split molds, a single plastic extruder coupled to a heated manifold capable of delivering fluid plastic to multiple workstations, and wherein final lockup of the split mold halves results in application of compressive forces effective to maintain the split mold halves in nominal position during high pressure injection molding conditions. Operational movement is performed by use of a single remote pumping station utilizing pressure compensated pumps, accumulators and manifolds. The independent mold workstations allow independent operation while providing efficency of operation for the hydraulic system and extruder system.

An interlocking modular pallet apparatus and method of construction and de-construction which includes plastic modular components aligned in a two-by-two arrangement with interlocking male and female tabs which connect in a vertically sliding manner to form an upper support structure with a series of upper apertures through the platform surface. A set of rail components are interconnected in a perpendicular manner to form an evenly spaced grid with corresponding lower apertures. Hollow formed spacing members are placed between each aligned aperture pair. A first interlocking insert is placed through each upper aperture and a second interlocking insert is placed through each lower aperture. The first and second inserts interlock to join the upper support structure with the lower rail assembly, with the spacing members forming cavities for insertion of lifting device appendages. The completed pallet device also includes frictional pads attached across its surface to prevent loads from sliding off.

An interlocking modular pallet apparatus and method of construction which includes plastic modular platform sections aligned in a two-by-two arrangement with interlocking flanges between the adjoining surfaces of the platform sections. A plurality of leg structures extend down from the lower surface of the platform sections. A center conical support structure with a locking lip or tab is formed by the adjoinment of the platform sections. A band or ring of durable material, e.g. metal, is placed onto the conical structure to draw and lock together, via the locking tab and ring, the adjoining platform sections. A series of upper and lower frictional, rubberized pads are aligned and interlocked through the lattice holes along the perimeter of the pallet lattice.

An interlocking modular pallet apparatus and method of construction which includes plastic modular platform sections aligned in a two-by-two arrangement with interlocking flanges between the adjoining surfaces of the platform sections, the flanges interlocking in a downward sliding manner. A plurality of leg structures extend down from the lower surface of the platform sections. A center conical support structure with a locking lip or tab is formed by the adjoinment of the platform sections. A band or ring of durable material, e.g. metal, is placed onto the conical structure to draw and lock together, via the locking tab and ring, the adjoining platform sections. A series of upper and lower frictional, rubberized pads are aligned and interlocked through the lattice holes along the perimeter of the pallet lattice.

Vertical interlocking modular pallet apparatus and method of construction

A modular pallet system is definable in terms of an xyz Cartesian matrix. The system includes a bottom element having a xy plane primary surface and integrally dependent positive z-axis prongs substantially at each of x and y axis edges of the primary surface, each of the prongs having first integral complemental engagement at their ends. The system further includes a top element having a rectilinear primary surface having opposing x and y axis edges, the surface positionable in a second xy plane above the first xy plane of the bottom element, the top element having integrally dependent negative z-axis prongs projecting from each of the x and y axis edges of the second xy plane thereof, each of the prongs terminating with second integral complemental engagement elements. The pallet system further includes hollow box-like z-axis separators having pairs of opposing xz and yz walls on interior surfaces of the walls including elements for snap-fittable securement with outer surfaces of the second complemental engagement elements of the prongs of the top element. Yet further included is a base layer comprising x-axis and y-axis linear offset members for defining x and y axis dimensions between pluralities of the separators. The system also includes a top layer positionable in the xy plane of the top element, such layer having openings therein proportioned for engagement between edges of the top element and top edges of the box-like separators. Upon interlock of opposing surfaces of the complemental engagement elements of the top and bottom elements within the volume defined by the separators, and the interlock of outer surfaces of the engagement elements of the prongs of the top element to the snap-fittable interlock elements of the separators, a structure having rigid xy, xz and yz planes is defined.

Modular pallet system

A modular pallet system definable in terms of xyz Cartesian coordinates includes a base structure in a lower xy plane having a x- and y-linear axis members internestable with each other at regions of orthogonal intersection to form a rectilinear matrix, each region of intersection of each linear member including an aperture of like geometry to each other aperture. The pallet system further includes a lower snap-lock elements, equal in number to that of the regions of orthogonal intersection, the snap elements proportioned for complemental securement within each of the apertures within each of the regions of orthogonal intersection of the x- and y-axis members with each other, each of the lower snap-lock elements including integrally projecting positive z-axis locking prongs. The system also includes a plurality of z-axis separators, equal in number to that of the regions of intersection within the lower xy plane, each of the separators proportioned, in all xy planes, for enclosure of the z-axis locking prongs of the lower snap-lock elements, the separators further including four integral z-axis sides, and open xy planes at upper and lower faces. The separators operate to define a rigid z-axis dimension of the pallet system.

The present invention is a line handling device designed to facilitate positioning and handling of a mooring or docking line during a boat docking operation. The device employs a pair of arc-shaped spreader arms connected to an extendable pole. Each arm has a sleeve shaped to fit the pole. A fastening bolt passes through each sleeve, extending through the pole to secure the spreader arms to the distal end of the pole. A plurality of support tabs extend from an outer wall of each spreader arm and retaining posts extend orthogonally from each tab. While attached to the handle, the spreader arms form a U-shaped frame which is used to shape and hold the looped end of a mooring line so that it may be placed around a piling or dock cleat. Withdrawing the device away from the piling or cleat leaves the looped-end of the mooring line securely in place. Each arm includes a plurality of apertures or receiving holes sized to frictionally engage stacking pins. To store the device, the arms are removed from the pole and stacked so that pins in one arm are aligned with and penetrate corresponding apertures of the other arm.

Modular conduit support

A modular system for the securement of a conduit to longitudinal constructional member defining in transverse cross-section continuous integral upper and side surfaces in which the side surfaces, at their lower ends, turn inwardly and upwardly to form respective internal longitudinal tracks within the member that are co-directional with a longitudinal axis of the member, which includes elements for horizontal suspension to the interior of the structural building. The system includes a back bracket having, in transverse cross-section, a partial polygonal back surface having several faces, at least one face comprising an externally protruding radial portion including elements for selectable lockable engagement between the radial portion and a longitudinal segment of the constructional member, the bracket having front surfaces defining resilient nesting elements having a partially opened-faced geometry, the nesting elements proportioned to the exterior geometry of the conduit to be secured.

A modular conduit securement system includes a back bracket having, in transverse cross-section, polygonal back surface proportioned for securement to at least one constructional surface. Such back bracket includes a front surface having resilient nesting elements having a partially opened-face geometry. The back bracket further includes, along each proposed inner transverse edge, first complemental coupling elements. The conduit, proportioned for complemental coupling to the nesting elements of the back bracket, is provided. Further provided is inner front plate proportioned, in transverse cross-section, for complemental engagement with the first complemental coupling elements to thusly provide a modular conduit system formed by the insertion of the conduit into the nesting elements and by the coupling of the front plate over the first coupling element of the back bracket. Otherwise non-functional surfaces of said front plate and the back bracket are integrally connected by a flexible, resilient accordion-like surface.

A conduit bracket lock system includes a constructional surface engagement element having radially projecting elements for nestingly resiliently engaging a conduit, the engaging elements comprising, at respective ends, an integral cover plate holding element having, in radial cross-section, a substantially circular profile. The system further includes a reverse curvature hinge integrally depending from, and resiliently biased toward, a non-engaging side of the engagement element and, proximally to one of the holding elements, the hinge defining, in radial cross-section, a substantially circular loop curving initially away from the engaging elements and away from the one proximal holding element and, at the end of its curvature, bending back towards the non-engaging side of the engagement elements, the hinge end terminating short of the non-engaging side to leave an open polar segment at the end of the hinge.

Conduit bracket lock system

A constant pressure fluid flow acceleration nozzle system includes a nozzle having a bore, such bore having substantially the geometry of a conical section, the section having an input to the bore and an output therefrom, the input to the bore being larger than the output. The bore is provided with uniformly tapered interior walls, the walls defining a uniform inward radial taper of about one unit of length for every nine units of axial length of the bore. The ratio of the cross-section of the diameter of the input to said bore to the cross-sectional diameter of the output to said bore is preferably about 1.6 to one. Resultantly, increased velocity within the bore, without material increase in pressure is achieved to thereby minimize turbulence and achieve a better fluid distribution.

Constant pressure nozzle system

A modular pipe system is provided for ease of securement to a ceiling or wall. The pipe system includes a back plate which is secured to the constructional surface, the back plate provided with a nesting surface for receiving a pipe and with longitudinal first complemental coupling means. The pipe is snap-fittably secured into said nesting surface. About the pipe is provided a first plate having longitudinal second coupling means proportioned for snap-fit engagement with the first coupling means such that the first plate will, in radial cross-section area between the interior of the front plate and the interior of the back plate, externally to said pipe. The front plate will be formed fire-resistance rated material such as a mineral-filled Noryl.
