An adhesive label for a multi-part container having a threaded member and a container body includes a first, sheet-like label portion adapted to be attached to the threaded member of the container, and a second label portion adjacent the first label portion and adapted to be attached to the container body of the container. The second label portion has a comb-like structure with strip-shaped fixing elements such that the adhesive label couples the threaded member to the container body relative to a condition applied to the container and opposes movement of the threaded member relative to the container body.

Adhesive label for a multi-part container, system and method for applying an adhesive label to a multi-part container

A labelling arrangement for a multi-part container includes a sleeve-shaped cap element having an interlocking structure adapted to be applied to a first part of the container and coupled to the first part by the interlocking structure. The labelling arrangement further includes a sealing label adapted to be attached to a second part of the container by a second label portion and to surround the applied cap element by a first label portion. The labelling arrangement further includes at least one severing region so that, when the container applied with the labelling arrangement is opened, the labelling arrangement is severable in the severing region and at least a part of the cap element is removable together with the first part of the container from the second part of the container.

The invention relates to a method for producing a device containing a needle that poses an injury risk, which is equipped with a protective mechanism. The method comprises the following steps, which may be carried out in any order: a) provision of at least one film, b) connection of the film to a protective device to form a protective mechanism, and c) fixing of the protective mechanism to the device, whereby at least part of the surface of the film can be fixed directly or indirectly to the device. The invention also relates to a protective mechanism for a device containing a needle that poses an injury risk, the device comprising at least one film, in addition to an assembly of protective mechanisms, in which the protective mechanisms are directly or indirectly connected.

Film-based protective mechanism

A strip-shaped label has a transparent plastic film layer partially covered by an opaque film layer. A window area not covered by the opaque film layer remains. The film layers are bonded to one another using an adhesive layer. Before attachment, the label is positioned on a carrier. A bow-shaped suspension tab is produced through punching, on whose bottom non-adhesive areas are provided, which allow a suspension tab to be pulled out of the label plane easily for suspension of the container. Two printed voucher sections are implemented in the opaque label film. The transparent film layer has an adhesive-repellent coating, which is also transparent, below the voucher sections. In the stuck-on state, the label area in which the voucher sections are positioned overlap the transparent window area. After removal of one of the voucher sections, the window area is visible and the container contents may be viewed.

Label having transparent and opaque areas

A label has a film and an adhesive, as with a common bracket label. The label is divided into two functional regions (A) and (B) by a separating line. One region essentially supplies information, for example, by imprinting, and the other region assumes the hanging function of the bracket. Region (B) is generally designed to be non-adhering or is capable of reducing the adhesive action. In this manner, the bracket can be detached quickly from the labeled object with use, and no adhesive region is bared upon detachment. A lower film lies under the first film and is preferably connected with the first film by an adhesive. The lower film is provided with a further separating line slightly offset to the separating line between the two functional regions.

Label with special fixing

The printed web of paper, from which label booklets are formed, is provided in a punching unit with punch cuts, which form at least one row of punched areas and non-punched areas, wherein the punched areas remain joined to the non-punched areas respectively along a line running in the transverse direction of the web of paper. In the folding unit each punched area is deflected out of the plane of the web of paper by a blast of compressed air, is folded over contrary to the running direction by means of a pressure roller and pressed onto the associated non-punched area. In the laminating unit a transparent web of plastic provided with a self-adhesive coating on its underside is laminated over the folded web of paper and pressed so that a multilayered web is formed, which on its underside lies on a support web, which is provided with an anti-adhesive coating on its side facing the web of paper. In the punching-out unit the labels are punched out of the multilayered web, the support web with the anti-adhesive coating remaining intact.
