A child resistant container comprising a blister and a sleeve. The blister comprises a plurality of compartments arranged radially around a centrally disposed hub. Each compartment defines a cavity for holding contents. The container is a 'dial pack' type container in that the blister can be rotated with respect to the sleeve to expose each cavity in turn.

The container comprises a tray, a carton or other enclosure and a plurality of buttons that must be simultaneously depressed or otherwise activated to remove the tray out of the carton. Embodiments of the present invention relate to a system and method that formulates a drink mixer according to a predetermined recipe and then flash freezing the mix into the form of small frozen pellets. The pellets are used by a person to make one drink or a batch of drinks by mixing a base beverage, or beverages, with the pellets.
