Techniques for providing vouchers to customers which automates voucher delivery and frees up agent time that would otherwise be spent interacting with customers to manually complete voucher forms. An example method includes determining eligibility of a customer to receive a voucher by a self-service computer, determining an amount of the voucher by the self-service computer, storing the amount in a payment card by the self-service computer, and dispensing the payment card to the customer by the self-service computer.

Techniques for providing vouchers

A system, such as a magnetic immunity testing system, can include a first coil configured to generate a first magnetic field. The first coil can be disposed on a first side of a scanning volume and can have a first feed for supplying electric current to the first coil. A second coil can be similarly configured on an opposite side of a scanning volume, and a second magnetic field from the second coil can be combined with the first magnetic field to form a combined magnetic field. The coils can be provided with transporters that translate coils in at least one dimension. The system can also include a controller that is configured to control the transporters and the feeds to provide the combined magnetic field as a controlled and calibrated magnetic field over the scanning volume.

Movable coil scanner systems and methods

An end-fed sleeve dipole is provided herein with improved impedance match and increased bandwidth by incorporating a &#xbe;-wavelength transformer in the antenna design. The &#xbe;-wavelength transformer is compatible with a number of different choking schemes, including but not limited to, a single &#xbc;-wave choke sleeve, a single &#xbc;-wave choke sleeve with additional ferrite beads, and two or more &#xbc;-wave choke sleeves with or without ferrite beads. In some embodiments, one or more shunt resonators may be used to provide additional impedance compensation.

A Bulk Current Injection (BCI) transformer is provided herein with a magnetic core and a plurality of windings. The magnetic core is configured for encircling one or more electrical conductors under test. Each of the plurality of windings are wrapped, at least in part, around a longitudinal dimension of the magnetic core and spaced apart around an azimuthal dimension of the magnetic core. During injection tests, a power source may be coupled for supplying current to each of the windings at a respective 'feed point.' Arranging multiple feed points around the magnetic core enables current flow through the windings to generate an azimuthally-uniform magnetic flux density in the magnetic core. The uniform magnetic flux density enables the BCI transformer to excite only common mode currents in the electrical conductors under test. BCI test methods, including injection tests and current sensing tests are also provided herein, along with a test setup for characterizing BCI transformers.

Bulk current injection (BCI) probe with multiple, symmetrically spaced feeds

As provided herein, a dual- or quad-ridged broadband horn antenna may include a pair of conductive antenna elements arranged opposite one another for guiding an electromagnetic wave in a longitudinal direction through the horn antenna. In some cases, the pair of conductive antenna elements may include substantially convex inner surfaces and appropriately shaped outer surfaces. The convex inner surfaces may generally function to direct or guide the radiated energy without disturbing the intended radiation pattern. To maintain the intended radiation pattern, the broadband horn antenna may also include a pair of tapered extension elements, each coupled to an outer surface of a different one of the antenna elements at one end thereof. In some cases, a magnetic material may be arranged upon at least a portion of the antenna elements to restrict surface currents to flowing along the inner surfaces only. In some cases, longitudinal grooves may be formed within the inner surfaces to restrict surface currents from flowing in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction.

Dual- and quad-ridged horn antenna with improved antenna pattern characteristics

A hatch cover for closing and sealing a hatch opening has a latching mechanism at one side of the cover which includes a rotatable hub and plural latching arms extending in different directions from the hub towards a rim of the opening. Rotation of the hub in one direction causes the latching arms to engage the rim and tightly latch the cover to the rim while rotation of the hub in the opposite direction retracts the latching arms and frees them from the rim to enable removal of the cover from the opening. A shaft extends through the cover and is axially slidable and rotatable relative to it. The shaft is axially slidable relative to the hub and continuously engages it so that rotation of the shaft correspondingly rotates the hub. A handle fixed to the upper end of the shaft rotates the hub to activate the arms. When the cover is latched tightly to the rim, axial sliding of the shaft in one direction moves the handle into an aligned recess in the top surface of the cover so latched and unlatched conditions of the cover can be determined by visually inspecting the position of the handle. A seal surrounding the shaft between the shaft and cover prevents leakage of fluid therebetween when the handle is in the recess. The shaft defines a venting passageway which automatically bypasses the seal when the handle is withdrawn from the recess.

Hatch cover

An electronic injection carburetor is disclosed. Fuel under pressure is quantized for primary metering by an electronic fuel injector and input to a metered fuel chamber. The quantization occurs by controlling the duration of the opening time of the injector by an electronic control unit responsive to speed and manifold absolute pressure information. Secondary metering is provided as a function of the mass air flow through the throat of the carburetor by an actuator assembly controlling fuel input to the carburetor from the metered chamber. The actuator provides the secondary metering by changing the bias pressure on a flexible diaphragm producing a closure force on a needle valve that varies the flow of fuel from the metered chamber to an atomizing discharge nozzle in the throat of the carburetor.

Electronic injection carburetor

A hatch cover for closing and sealing a hatch opening has radial latching arms connected at their inner ends to a rotatable arm-actuating hub on the bottom side of the cover at ball-and-socket connections and loosely connected to the cover near their outer ends. In one rotational position of the hub the arms overlap and apply clamping pressure to the rim of the hatch opening and in a second rotational position of the hub the arm-clamping pressure is released and the arms are retracted from the rim to enable removal of the cover from the opening. The hub rides on camming surfaces of the cover which are shaped so that as the hub rotates in a hatch-closing direction, the arms first extend over the rim of the opening and then pivot into clamping engagement with the rim about their loose connections to the cover, urging the cover through such connections into tight seated engagement with the rim. A resilient sealing ring with double lips and carried by the cover engages the rim when the cover is seated to seal the hatch opening. A shaft extending through the cover and axially slidable and rotatable relative to it and the hub can be selectively engaged with the hub to rotate it. A handle fixed to the upper end of the shaft is used to engage and disengage the shaft and hub and to rotate the hub to activate the arms. The top surface of the cover is recessed to receive and store the handle flush with the cover surface when not in use.
