A device and method for adjusting the target size of display images based on the detection of an input device is disclosed. The device () includes an input device detection circuit () operative to provide a detection signal () in response to the detection of an input device (); and a device controller () operative to adjust the size of a target (-) presented on a display () in response to the detection signal (). The method of the present invention includes detecting the presence of an input device; and adjusting the size of the targets present on a display in response to input device detection.

Adjusting target size of display images based on input device detection

A system and a method for navigating within a display having one or more display sections are disclosed. A section from the one or more display sections is selected. In response to the selection, a navigational symbol is displayed on a border of the selected section, the symbol corresponding to a direction in which a highlight may be moved. In one embodiment, the highlight is moved in the corresponding direction in response to the selection of the symbol. In another embodiment, the symbol indicates an availability of an adjacent section in the corresponding direction.
