The present disclosure relates to a support structure for at least one winding of an inductive device, in particular a power transformer, comprising a press structure configured to transfer and distribute an compression force from a holding structure to the at least one winding, an insulator structure configured to electrically insulate the holding structure from the at least one winding, and a coolant flow structure configured to guide and distribute a flow of a liquid coolant to or from different parts of the at least one winding. The press structure, the insulator structure and the coolant flow structure are formed as one integrated part comprising a polymer material. The integrated part comprises a plurality of orifices for passage of the liquid coolant from a first side facing the holding structure to a second side facing the at least one winding.

An electrical power device is obtainable by the method, and the electrical power device may be used as an AC or DC insulator in an HVAC or HVDC apparatus.

A method of making sand casting moulds with a protective coating for a multiple process of reactive moulding of insulation components and products made by filling up a mould cavity with polymer materials, including composites, based particularly on epoxy resins or composites based on cellulose materials, the method wherein the process of infiltration of the mould structure is performed chemically by soaking through the raw mould structure with chemosetting or thermosetting material. The application of a protective layer on external surfaces of a sand casting mould is done by means of any spraying, immersion or deposition method, whereas material with anti-adhesive properties is used for the protective coating in the form of organic chemosetting, thermosetting, light-curing material or in the form of inorganic material, including metal.

A method for forming an article of manufacture using additive manufacturing, includes: a processor executing program instructions to: (a) rotate an object continuously about a horizontal axis using a first rotational stage, wherein the object is partially submerged in a bath of energy curable liquid formulation during the rotation; (b) control a rate of rotation of the object to achieve a desired radial thickness of a sub layer of uncured liquid formulation at a desired rotational location on the object; (c) direct an energy source to provide an energy dose onto the object at a desired rotational location, wherein the energy dose is configured to cure and solidify the sub layer; and repeat (a), (b) and (c) until a desired radial thickness of a cured liquid formulation layer is a achieved.

The subject of the invention is an electric power switchgear, an insulating radiator, and a method for installing the radiator in an electric power switchgear, and in particular in a medium or high voltage switchgear. The electric power switchgear comprising working elements placed in the housing and connected with busbars and branches, and cooled with air, is characterized in that it contains at least one insulating radiator made of thermoplastic material of increased thermal conductivity &#x3bb;&#x2267;2 W/mK, which is placed in the electric field of the switchgear and which is connected by a non-permanent fastening to at least one busbar or/and at least one branch. The insulating radiator designed for the switchgear is an injection molding including a base plate to whose top face a system of heat evacuating elements of identical or diverse shape is attached, and to its side surfaces elastic assembly catches are fixed.
