A fluid control assembly includes a body having a female threaded end port, and an end adapter including a male threaded end screw threadably assembled with the female threaded end port, an end connector, and an internal passage extending from the end connector to the end screw. One of the body and the end adapter includes at least one outer peripheral recess, and the other of the body and the end adapter includes a peripheral flange. A portion of the peripheral flange in circumferential alignment with the at least one recess is deformed into interlocking engagement with the at least one recess to rotationally secure the end adapter with respect to the body.

Mechanically locking end screw arrangements

An actuated valve assembly includes a valve, an actuator, and a nut retention sleeve. The nut retention sleeve has a first bore portion sized to closely receive and rotate with a portion of a coupling member extending from the actuator and a second bore portion sized to closely receive and rotate with at least a portion of a stem nut assembled with a valve stem of the valve. The nut retention sleeve is slideable between a nut retaining position in which the second bore portion engages the stem nut to rotationally fix the stem nut with the coupling member, and a nut adjusting position in which the second bore portion is disengaged from the stem nut to permit rotation of the stem nut on the valve stem.

Nut locking coupling for actuated valve

A welding fixture for supporting first and second workpieces in a coaxial relationship along a workpiece axis relative to each other includes a base, a left clamp on the base for holding a first workpiece, and a right clamp on the base for holding a second workpiece on an opposite side of a welding plane in a coaxial relationship with the first workpiece. The fixture also includes a left handle on the base for operating the right clamp, and a right handle on the base for operating the left clamp.
