A telecommunications network for a high-rise Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) is provided. In the telecommunications network eliminates much of the wiring and space required for voice, video and data services, electrical closets, security cameras, building automation, fire annunciation systems, hard-wired smoke detectors, hard-wired heat detectors, electrical meters through the use of an integrated Ethernet communication system. Additionally, a video program guide (VPG) is provided that allows a user to interact with multiple streams of video in real time. The VPG includes techniques for displaying multiple streams of data on a single screen for a user.

A waterproof lighting assembly includes a housing that has a top portion that is hingedly coupled to a bottom portion. The top portion is positionable at a selected angle with respect to the bottom portion. A first cap is removably coupled to the bottom portion. A second cap is removably coupled to the first cap. A retainer is removably coupled to the top portion. A plurality of gaskets is provided. Selected ones of the gaskets are positionable between the first cap and the bottom portion, the first cap and the second cap, and the retainer and the top portion. The gaskets form a fluid impermeable seal. A lighting circuit is positioned within the housing such that the lighting circuit may emit light outwardly from the housing.

The present disclosure provides an alternative, cost-effective safety feature for on-board hydrogen storage containers incorporating a fill cycle sensor with a driver warning and shutdown system. The system monitors the number of times a hydrogen container is filled, and then takes action at a predetermined termination point. A controller monitors each time the hydrogen container is filled above 90% of the rated pressure or mass. Once the predetermined termination point of fill cycles is reached, the disclosed device/method will either disable the valve or refueling mechanism such that fuel supply to the vehicle is shutoff and the container cannot be filled again, essentially assuring the end of the life of the container.

A method of producing an antioxidant containing derivatives of an organic compound, and in particular, an antioxidant glyceride derivative, comprises reacting a first compound with a second medium. By this reaction, a product is formed whereby an active component of the first compound, e.g., an antioxidant moiety, is covalently incorporated into the second medium. The second medium comprises glyceride derivatives, silicones, fluorocarbons and alkoxylates containing reactive groups such as hydroxy, amino, carboxyl, ester, or amides.

A system, device, regulator and process for gas blanketing under precise gas pressure control is provided herein exhibiting extreme pressure sensitivity, position flexibility, smooth gas shutoff, for regulating the pressure of liquid storage vessels having vapor phases therein, and optionally being useful for gas blanketing of other units requiring positive gas pressures therein, such as pressurized rooms, duct, housings, such as computer housing, and the like, at pre-selected pressures of between 0.01 inches of water column and 15 inches of water column, with pressure sensitivities responsive to pressure changes of 0.01 inches of water column within a predetermined pressure set point. The system is compact, self contained, and requires no external source of power other than the supply pressure, which can range from about 10 psig to 1,000 psig. The system, device and regulator are not position sensitive, and may be properly operated in any orientation. The system, device and regulator are also resistant to clogging and have a minimum number of parts thereby minimizing cost and the risk of part failure.

A device for engaging and holding an article, such as a wood log, to facilitate moving the same, includes a bolt with a point that may be modified to a smaller than standard conical angle, the point having runout threads thereon, and a handle rigidly secured to the bolt at a location spaced axially from the point and projecting laterally from the bolt axis. A user can wield the device by the handle to strike the article with the point to cause the point to penetrate the article, following which the user can rotate the handle about the bolt axis to force the bolt thread into threaded engagement with the article. A propane gas feed device and system are provided wherein controlled, measured quantities of propane gas are controllably pre-mixed with air and this pre-mixture of air-propane is fed as a carburetor mixture for combustion in the engine. An air cut-off screen is controllably operated to adjust the air-fuel ratio relative to a changeover in the propane and gasoline demands. The propane feed system may be retro-fitted to an automobile employing conventional propane feed and provides for more efficient use of the propane with reduced unburned fraction in the engine exhaust. The propane air-feed device is also useful as wherein propane is the sole fuel.
