The present invention relates to a device () for manufacturing pharmaceutical compositions, comprising: a support (); a mixing container (); a plurality of reservoirs () containing starting materials for the composition of a medicament; at least one dispensing device () that is designed to dispense an amount of a starting material into the mixing container, wherein the dispensing device is assembled, or is designed to be assembled, with a reservoir; a stirring device () that is able to stir the mixing container and/or the contents of the mixing container; and an electronic module () for controlling the at least one dispensing device.

The present disclosure discloses a process for the continuous manufacture of a liquid pharmaceutical composition, the process comprising providing a mixing unit, feeding a therapeutic agent and a liquid vehicle to the mixing unit, operating the latter thereby mixing the agent and the vehicle into a liquid pharmaceutical composition, discharging the composition into a holding unit.
