An intervertebral implant for implantation in an intervertebral space between vertebrae. The implant includes a body extending from an upper surface to a lower surface. The body has a front end, a rear end and a pair of spaced apart first and second side walls extending between the front and rear walls such that an interior chamber is defined within the front and rear ends and the first and second walls. The body defines an outer perimeter and an inner perimeter extending about the internal chamber. At least one of the side walls is defined by a solid support structure and an integral porous structure, the porous structure extending from the outer perimeter to the inner perimeter. The porous structure embeds or encapsulates at least a portion of the solid support structure.

Intervertebral spinal implant

Distractor and retractor systems and methods of using the same. A pedicle-based distractor assembly may include a base supporting a distraction rack, a pair of moveable arms coupled to the distraction rack, a connector at the end of each arm, each connector having a through-opening, and a pair of distractor elements each configured to attach to a pedicle screw. Each distractor element may be positioned through the through-opening in the respective connector. The distractor elements are modular such that different types of distractor elements, such as headless posts, pre-assembled posts, or minimally invasive towers, are interchangeable with the connectors. The assembly may also include a retractor assembly with a medial retractor blade for retracting soft tissue.

TLIF distraction and retraction

An intervertebral implant for implantation in an intervertebral space between vertebrae. The implant includes a body, an articulating element, and a blocking member. The articulating element can articulate in-situ, thereby allowing articulation of the spinal implant into a desired position within the disc space.

Inter vertebral spinal implant

A pipe coupling for coupling a first pipe to a second pipe wherein a gap exists between a first pipe end and a second pipe end. The pipe coupling includes a tubular insert configured to fit within the gap and match an inside diameter and outside diameter of the pipes, thereby providing a through-butt joint between the insert and the pipes. The pipe coupling also includes a half-tubular first fitting section and a half-tubular second fitting section, configured to snap-lock and form a tubular shape over the insert, the first pipe end and the second pipe end. In some embodiments, the insert is integral with the fitting sections.

A gate driver circuit comprises an auxiliary winding, a voltage summer, an auxiliary voltage bus, a gate driver integrated circuit (IC), and a controller. The auxiliary winding is positioned adjacently to the inductor and configured to inductively couple with the inductor. The voltage summer comprises a pair of diodes coupled to the auxiliary winding and a pair of capacitors coupled to the pair of diodes. The auxiliary voltage bus is configured to receive a summed voltage from the voltage summer based on a sum of voltages stored in the pair of capacitors. The gate driver IC is configured to receive a voltage from a positive rail of the auxiliary voltage bus and to output a gate control signal to control a switching device based on the received voltage and based on a pulse signal generated by the controller.

Gate driver circuit for a power supply voltage converter

A gate driver circuit comprises a gate-driver assembly, a transformer, first and second circuit voltage outputs, first and second switching devices, and a controller. The gate-driver assembly comprises a first and second voltage inputs and a first and second voltage outputs coupled to a primary winding of the transformer. The first and second switching devices are coupled to the secondary winding and respectively coupled to the first and second circuit voltage outputs. The controller is configured to cause the first circuit voltage output to supply a positive output voltage by supplying a higher first input voltage to the first voltage input than to the second voltage input and is also configured to cause the first circuit voltage output to supply a negative output voltage by supplying a higher second input voltage to the second voltage input than to the first voltage input.
