The present disclosure relates to a system and method for use in an electronic circuit design. Embodiments may include an electronic computer aided design ('CAD') system configured to receive one or more design rules and to receive one or more manufacturing rules. The CAD system may be further configured to analyze design database objects from the electronic design with respect to the manufacturing rules. The CAD system may generate a manufacturing output file, based upon, at least in part, the analyzing. Embodiments may also include a signoff computer aided manufacturing ('CAM') station configured to receive the manufacturing output file. The CAM station may be configured to attempt to validate the manufacturing output file.

Process for analyzing printed circuit board and packaging manufacturing design rules

The present disclosure relates to a computer-implemented method for generating an electronic design automation differences report is provided. The method may include modifying instructions configured to generate a report of an electronic design and generating a data file based upon, at least in part, the modified instructions. The method may further include converting the data file to a second data file using, at least in part, the template. The method may also include generating a report viewer, based upon, at least in part, the second data file.

System, method, and computer program product for identifying differences in a EDA design

An extensible design verification system and methods thereof are disclosed. Pre-defined constraints from an integrated verification application are registered with a core which manages the verification system. The core is utilized by the integrated verification application to execute one or more verification tasks to generate a result. The result can be captured by a user interface. Constraints and the user-interface can be either pre-defined or user-defined. User-defined constraints and interface are managed in the same manner as those that are pre-defined. The user-defined constraints and interface are exportable for reuse by other designs.
