A system and method for providing customized instances of a game within a virtual space. The system may be configured to obtain values associated with one or more users of the virtual space. The game, which is playable within the virtual space, may initially comprise predefined features and initially undefined features. The customizations may define the initially undefined features to provide custom-defined features. As such, when played, the game may include the predefined features and the custom-defined features. Customizations defining the initially undefined features to provide custom-defined features for a given instance of the game may be determined based on the values associated with a given user. The system may be configured to provide the given instance of the game to the given user.

Systems and methods for providing customized instances of a game within a virtual space

A system and method for providing a video game using information stored by physical objects are disclosed. The video game may take place in a virtual space. Users may access the virtual space via client computing platforms. Users may participate in the video game by controlling game entities in the virtual space. Individual ones of the game entities may be associated with individual physical objects. The information stored by individual physical objects may be implemented by virtue of a client computing platform receiving the stored information. The information may be implemented independently from gameplay in the virtual space using the associated game entity. For example, a physical object may store information related to a 'limited edition' version of an associated game entity that may only be implemented in the virtual space by virtue of the information being received from the physical object.

Systems and methods for providing a video game using information stored by physical objects

Users may access a virtual space and/or video game taking place in the virtual space by logging into user accounts via computing platforms. The user accounts may include values for one or more attributes of the user accounts. The user accounts may be periodically rewarded based on values included in the user accounts matching a winning value. The values in the user accounts may include account-specific values that may be unique to a corresponding user account. A winning value may be determined from a pool of account-specific values such that for a given winning value, a single winning user account may be determined.

Upon receiving, from the first physical device, an indication that the out-of-game activity has been completed, embodiments affect one or more gameplay attributes of the computer game for the user account, based on the completed out-of-game activity.

The non-player game entity may be associated with generating a particular type of content in the virtual space.
