In one embodiment, the invention may be a teeth cleaning device including: a first support structure comprising a first dentature channel configured to receive at least a first portion of a dentature of a user; a plurality of teeth cleaning pads located within the first dentature channel; a plurality of air bladders operably coupled to the teeth cleaning pads; an air-flow subsystem operably coupled to the air bladders; and a control unit operably coupled to the air-flow subsystem, the control unit configured to: (1) pressurize the air bladders with external air in a pressurization mode; and (2) transfer air between select ones of the air bladders in a cleaning mode.

The present disclosure provides a capsule comprising one or more solid oral care ingredients, said capsule being adapted for use in an apparatus that combines a solvent, for example water, and the oral care ingredients to provide a liquid, for example aqueous, oral care composition. Described herein are tooth whitening strips comprising a hydratable adhesive film with a first side and a second side, the first side having a granular bleaching ingredient attached thereto in an amount effective to whiten teeth, together with methods of making and using the same.

Described herein are packages for storing and dispensing multi-part tooth whitening formulations, comprising a deformable material configured to form two or more sealed chambers, e.g., wherein the first chamber contains a low viscosity liquid solution comprising an enzyme having perhydrolytic activity, and the second chamber contains a peroxide source and a at least one acyl donor substrate. Particular multi-part tooth whitening formulations using this principle and methods of use thereof are also provided.

Described herein are tooth whitening strips comprising an hydratable adhesive film having a granular bleaching ingredient attached thereto, wherein upon hydration, the granular bleaching ingredient releases hydrogen peroxide which is used by an enzyme catalyst having perhydrolytic activity to enzymatically produce an effective amount of peracid bleaching agent from an acyl donor substrate. Methods of making and use the tooth whitening strips are also provided.
