An oil injection apparatus for injecting lubricating oil to gears, bushings and the like includes an oil injection dock, which has a housing section for holding a plurality of objects for oil injection, and an oil injection section corresponding to the housing section. The oil injection section has a plurality of oil injection outlets and a sensor. When the object for oil injection drops into the oil injection section, the sensor transmits a signal to an oil supply device to inject lubricating oil through the oil injection outlets to the object.

Oil injection apparatus

An electrically conductive belt conveyer through which objects transported can be conducted with electric power for electrical test during transportation. Conductive members are built inside the belt and formed a normally open circuit. As an object being placed on the belt, the object, the conductive members and a power supply form a closed circuit. The belt conveyer is less expensive than a conventional chain conveyor for electrical test.

A rubber ring coupling apparatus for coupling rubber rings with an object includes a ring cartridge and expansion elements. A rubber ring is held in an expansion opening located in the ring cartridge. The expansion elements are disposed into the rubber ring and expanded along expansion slots formed in the ring cartridge. Then the object is inserted into the rubber ring and the expansion elements are withdrawn from the rubber ring to let the rubber ring couple with the object. Thereby assembly labor cost and time may be reduced.
