A system for performing context-based management of social agent interactions includes processing hardware and a memory storing a software code. The processing hardware executes the software code to detect the presence of an interaction partner, identify a present state of an interaction with the interaction partner, and to determine, based on the present state, a first score for each of multiple interactive expressions for use in initiating or continuing the interaction. The processing hardware further executes the software code to predict a state change of the interaction based on each of the interactive expressions to provide multiple predicted state changes corresponding respectively to the multiple interactive expressions, to determine, using the predicted state changes, a second score for each of the interactive expressions, and to select, using the first scores and the second scores, at least one of the interactive expressions to initiate or continue the interaction.

Context-based social agent interaction

A system for mediating interactions among system agents and system clients includes a computing platform having a hardware processor and a system memory storing an interaction cueing software code including decision trees corresponding to storylines. The hardware processor executes the interaction cueing software code to receive interaction data corresponding to an interaction of a system client with a first system agent, identify a storyline for use in guiding subsequent interactions with the system client based on the interaction data, and store the interaction data and data identifying the storyline in a client profile assigned to the system client. The interaction cueing software code further determines an interaction cue or cues for coaching the same or another system agent in a second interaction with the system client based on the interaction data and a decision tree corresponding to the storyline, and transmits the interaction cue(s) to the system agent.

Mediating interactions among system agents and system clients

Disclosed herein are various systems and methods for transmitting information using modulated magnetic fields. A system comprises a transmitter having a first magnetic field source for transmitting a first modulated magnetic field to a receiver for decoding and a field controller coupled to the first magnetic field source for controlling the first modulated magnetic field. The system can further include a receiver having a first magnetometer configured to detect the first modulated magnetic field produced by the first magnetic field source and a decoder coupled to the first magnetometer for interpreting the first modulated magnetic field.

Method and system for magnetic field based information transfer

There is provided a system including a mobile device configured to transmit a first advertisement to a listening device and a repeater device, receive a data advertisement from the listening device in response to transmitting the first advertisement to the listening device, the data advertisement including a time difference between the listening device receiving the first advertisement and the listening device receiving a second advertisement transmitted from the repeater device in response to transmitting the first advertisement from the mobile device to the repeater device, and determine a location of the mobile device using the data advertisement including the time difference. In the system, the listening device and the repeater device may each include Bluetooth low energy devices.
