Lid assembly for a container includes a frame having a frame latching member extending therefrom, the frame latching member including a frame projection, an inner panel hingedly coupled to the frame along a first longitudinal side thereof and movable between a closed position and an open position, the inner panel including a panel latching member extending therefrom, the inner panel defining an orifice extending between the bottom surface and the top surface, the panel latching member including a biasing member having a panel projection, the frame projection and the panel projection being lockable when the inner panel is in the closed position and the frame projection is disposed between a base of the biasing member and the panel projection when the inner panel is in the closed position, and a cover panel hingedly coupled to the frame along a second longitudinal side thereof opposite the first longitudinal side.

An integration device and method of use is provided. The device includes a first member having a lock device; a second member coupled to the first member, wherein the second member receives a container therein having a cover, the first member being movable with respect to the second member between an open configuration and a closed configuration, wherein the cover cooperates with the lock device to lock the first member with the second member in the closed configuration; and a lid coupled to the first member, wherein the lid is engageable with a top tray of the cover to transition the cover between a closed position and an open position.

A dispenser includes a container having an opening; and a cover coupled to the container and configured to cover the opening, the cover including a base coupled to the container, the base having side walls defining an interior opening; a first tab and a second extending outwardly in a first direction from a first one of the side walls, wherein the second tab is spaced from and substantially parallel to the first tab, a third tab and a fourth tab extending outwardly in a second direction substantially opposite to the first direction from a second one of the side walls, wherein the fourth tab is spaced from and substantially parallel to the third tab; and a lid tray rotatably coupled to the base and configured to cover the interior opening.

Dispenser

A holder assembly is provided for safely storing a package of disposable wipes and securely mounting the package of wipes to a wall or table. In one embodiment, the holder assembly has a front wall, a rear wall, and two side walls extending from a base and thereby forming a cavity for receiving the package of disposable wipes. The front wall has a guide channel for slidably receiving a lid assembly connected to the package of wipes. The base of the holder has a plurality of openings for receiving fasteners, such as button head screws or suction cups, for securing the holder to a wall or table. A rear surface of the guide channel has a plurality of ovaloid protrusions configured to engage a tab on the lid and thereby secure the lid to the holder.

A dispenser and disposal assembly including a receptacle having a base, a front wall, a rear wall, and two side walls, wherein the walls extend from the base in a first direction and thereby form a cavity into which a divider is configured to be seated, thereby forming a first cavity and a second cavity. Additionally, a door is connected to the base of the receptacle, wherein the door is movable between a closed position and an open position.

An improved swab device includes a handle member having a swab portion and a hinge. The hinge divides the handle member into a handle portion and a controllable portion. The device further includes a first stop member and a second stop member. The controllable portion may articulate from a rest position in a first direction until it is retained in a first retained position. The first stop member is configured to prohibit the swab portion from articulating any further in a first direction and also may be configured to maintain the swab portion in the first retained position. The swab portion may then be released from the first retained position and articulate in an opposite second direction until it is retained in a second position. The second stop member is configured to prohibit the swab from articulating any further in a second direction and also may be configured to maintain the swab portion in the second retained position.

A dispenser for consumer product packaging is disclosed, the dispenser including a removable region of the packaging creating a product opening upon removal, a reinforcement surface overlaying the removable region, a disposable adhesive label for initially opening the package by removal of the removable region of the packaging and reinforcement surface, and a durable enclosure, the durable enclosure bonded to the product packaging and resealable to allow access and preservation of a consumer product such as interleaved tissues in the packaging after initial opening.

A wet wipe dispenser is provided that includes a support having an open area adapted to be juxtaposed with the cover portion of a container of wet wipes in an inverted orientation, and a base portion supporting the support above a surface on which the base portion is placed. In one embodiment the wet wipes dispenser includes a lower support and an upper support connected by means of a hinge. A wipes package is inserted between the upper and lower supports in juxtaposition with a slot within the lower support. The package has an inverted orientation within the slot such that wipes are downwardly dispensed, which allows for removal, and preferably also heating of the wipes, without a high rate of moisture loss occurring from the package. The downward force of the upper support can compress the package as wipes are sequentially dispensed.

Inverted wet wipe dispenser

A combination includes a dispenser package having a sheet of material with an opening for dispensing at least one item therefrom and a cap assembly attached to the sheet of material and surrounding the opening, the cap assembly including a flange. The combination also includes a holder including a front wall having an interior face, an exterior face and an aperture extending between the interior and exterior faces. The dispenser package is insertable into the holder so that a portion of the cap assembly passes through the aperture of the front wall with the sheet of material opposing the interior face of the holder and the flange opposing the exterior face of the holder, wherein the flange includes a portion that extends beyond the aperture of the front wall for preventing the flange from passing through the aperture when the dispenser package is inserted into the holder.
