A track roller unit for an agricultural working machine has at least one first guide roller and one second guide roller. The first guide roller is mounted on a first supporting arm and the second guide roller is mounted on a second supporting arm. At least one support roller is situated between the guide rollers, and a track belt wraps around the guide rollers and the at least one support roller. A hydropneumatic damping element is assigned to at least one guide roller and/or one support roller. At least one regulated restrictor device, which is assigned to a damping element, is provided and is designed in such a way that its flow resistance is adjustable during the operation of the track roller unit.

Track roller unit for an agricultural working machine

A traction wheel for a track roller unit of an agricultural working machine has at least one drive wheel for driving an elastic track belt of the track roller unit. The at least one drive wheel comprises supporting arms which extend from an axis of rotation of the drive wheel in the radial direction in the manner of spokes and a gap is formed radially on the outside, at least between two adjacent supporting arms in each case. At least one friction element is situated, in particular detachably, radially outwardly on a supporting arm for non-positive interaction with the track belt.

Traction wheel for a track roller unit

An agricultural working machine has a first axle and a second axle, multiple ground-engaging means disposed at the first and second axles that are at least partially drivable by a drive engine or are steerable using steering-knuckle steering, a steering-angle sensor disposed at a steerable ground-engaging means for detecting a set steering angle (&#x3b4;) and a steering brake for the selective braking of one or more drivable, ground-engaging means for steering support. A control unit controls and regulates the at least one steering brake based on a steering angle (&#x3b4;, &#x3b4;) or a slip angle (&#x3b1;) of at least one of the steerable ground-engaging means.

Agricultural working machine

An agricultural vehicle having a full-track design with a vehicle structure on each side of which, relative to a vehicle longitudinal axis, a track roller unit is arranged. The track roller unit has roller unit body to which a front deflector roll, a rear deflector roller and a plurality of yoke-type track rollers arranged therebetween are coupled, and an endlessly closed track belt that wraps around the rollers/roller. All the rollers are suspended with respect to the roller unit body in that assigned to a roller or a group of rollers in each case is a spring element, which is acted upon by fluid, for the suspension thereof with respect to the roller unit body.

Agricultural vehicle

A steerable crawler track for an agricultural utility vehicle such as a tractor or a self-propelled harvesting machine has a left-side track roller unit, a right-side track roller unit, a differential having a transmission input driven by an engine, a first transmission output for driving the left track roller unit, and a second transmission output for driving the right track roller unit and a hydraulic transmission having a variable transmission ratio (i). The transmission outputs of the differential are coupled to one another via the hydraulic transmission such that the ratio of the rotational speeds (n, n) of the transmission outputs are influenced by changing the transmission ratio (i) of the hydraulic transmission.

Steerable crawler track

A crawler vehicle has a body and at least one left and one right track roller unit. The track roller units are connected to the body via a machine axis. The track roller units comprise a first and a second guide roller as well as a first and a second supporting arm on which the guide rollers are mounted. The first and the second supporting arms of each roller unit are mounted to be pivotable independently of one another about the machine axis.

Crawler vehicle

The life of a clutch is prolonged via bypassing a clutch of a gearbox and engaging a machine braking system. A change in speed or direction of a gearbox output shaft is accomplished by a management controller sending a signal through a signal transmission system to bypass the clutch and engage the machine braking system. The method includes the steps of generating a signal; processing the signal by the management controller, sending a signal to bypass the clutch; and sending a signal to engage the vehicle braking system to change the speed or direction of rotation of the gearbox. Because changes of speed and/or direction of rotation of the output shaft are assisted by the machine braking system and the clutch is at least partially bypassed, it is ensured that the braking function of the starting clutch is considerably reduced or even eliminated. This leads to a considerable reduction in wear on the clutch, so that its service life can be greatly increased.

Method and apparatus for prolonging the life of a clutch

A toothed selector clutch is provided to operate in a hydrostatic/mechanical, split-torque power-shift transmission comprising a four-shaft epicyclic-gearwheel transmission and an infinitely variable hydrostatic transmission arranged in parallel. The selector clutch is associated with a particular gearwheel stage and is operated to select a particular gear. Gear changes take place at synchronous speeds without loading the engaging gear during the change and without interruption of the transmission of torque from the rotating shaft to the gear being disengaged. The toothed selector clutch is a coaxial double differential clutch with a clutch carrier that is arranged in a rotationally and axially fixed manner on a clutch shaft. A double piston, which can be subjected to a pressure medium on both sides, is provided as a shift bridge and is operatively connected to the clutch carrier by toothing thereby permitting torque transmission and axial displacement. The shift bridge carries shift toothing on each of its axially opposite ends and is acted upon from two separately controllable pressure spaces. When the shift bridge is subjected to pressure from both ends simultaneously, it remains or moves into its neutral, central position. Engagement of one of the two gears associated with the clutch may be accomplished depressurizing the pressure space assigned to the other gear causing the shift bridge to move axially and engage the intended gear.
