A doffer device for a spinning machine includes a plurality of gripping devices, each gripping device having a rotatable gripping unit. Each gripping unit includes a bobbin gripper that grips a full bobbin and a tube gripper that grips an empty tube. Each gripping unit is rotatable between a gripping position in which the full bobbin can be gripped on the spindle and a placement position in which the empty tube can be placed on the spindle. A rotating device is configured with the gripping units to rotate the gripping units about an axis of rotation such that neighboring ones of the gripping units are rotated with a time lag relative to one another. The rotating device is driven by a toothed belt.

An apparatus for compacting a fiber sliver on a spinning machine, has a carrier which has a receptacle for a bolt. A rotatably mounted suction drum has a closed end face and an open end face. A support element for a compacting device for two drawing system units of a spinning machine disposed next to each other, includes a suction channel that extends inside the support element and is connected to a suction zone of suction drums via openings of suction inserts. The end faces of the suction drums are open at one end and are disposed coaxially opposite each other at a distance. The suction drums are rotatably mounted on a shaft that is attached to the support element. The support element is formed from two half shells that form the suction channel and are connected to each other by way of attachment means, wherein each of the half shells has an outwardly projecting tubular suction insert. The suction inserts are disposed coaxially opposite each other, and each suction insert has at least one bearing element that is provided with a passage and has at least one brace, by way of which the shaft is held in the radial direction.

Support element for a compacting device for a drawing system in a spinning machine

A device for compacting a fiber composite on a spinning machine includes consecutive drafting arrangement roller pairs. A compaction unit is pivotably mounted on the machine frame downstream of the delivery roller pairs with a pivot axis parallel to the rotational axes of the delivery roller pair, and includes a support with a suction drum rotatably supported on the support. At the end of a suction zone of the drum, a nip roller is fastened to the support to form a nip line. The support is spring-loaded to form a drive connection between the lower roller of the delivery roller pair and the suction drum, wherein the suction drum is moved against the lower roller. Guide means fix the compaction unit in position as mounted on the machine frame, and the spring element is mounted on the free end of the pressure lever.

A compacting unit for compacting a fiber composite supplied by a drafting unit of a spinning machine has a beam on which at least one suction drum equipped with a suction zone is rotatably mounted on an axle. A clamping roller mounted on the beam is in contact with the suction drum to form a clamping line at the end of the suction zone under the action of a pressure element mounted on the beam. The clamping roller is mounted so it is rotationally movable on a pressure arm that is equipped with a spring element and is mounted on the beam so it can pivot over a pivot axis.

A clearer roller is received in a guide of a clearer roller holder, wherein the guide is acted on by a spring element, and the clearer roller is pressed via a pressing force (AK) against the roller surfaces of the adjacent rollers. In order that by swiveling a top roller support arm upwards, the clearer roller is lifted off the roller surfaces to be cleaned and is able to adapt to different diameter ratios (D/D) of the rollers so that a consistent pressure distribution on the roller surfaces to be cleaned is ensured, the longitudinal direction (L) of the guide runs at a distance (a) to a plane (E) in which lie the two axes of the rollers that are arranged at a radial distance (b) from one another.
