The invention exhibits an apparatus for improving the aerodynamics of a commercial vehicle having a cab with doors and below-situated footboards for climbing in and out, and having a front panel in which air inlets are present, wherein the air inlets are connected, via air ducts in or on the panel, to the front wheel case of the commercial vehicle and to an air outlet, wherein the at least one footboard of the cab can be folded away and has at least one through-flow region in the vehicle longitudinal direction.

Apparatus for improving the aerodynamics on a commercial vehicle

A front-end module having a cross-member with crash boxes attached thereto, and a mounting support arranged spaced apart therefrom and above the cross-member. The mounting support is attached by support elements to the cross-member or to the crash boxes, and the support elements are connected by clip connections to the mounting support.

A structural component for a motor vehicle which is mountable in the front or rear region of the vehicle. The structural component is composed of plastic and is manufactured as a moulded part, and which includes in at least partial regions thereof two or more fabric layers which are overmoulded with a thermoplastic polymer.

An airbag module for a vehicle occupant restraint system comprises a housing and an airbag which is folded up into an airbag pack. The airbag is arranged in the housing and is adapted to be inflated by gas from a pressurized gas source. The housing has an outlet opening that defines an outlet plane and has a predetermined width that is smaller than the largest width of the airbag pack, measured parallel to the outlet plane.

Airbag module

A knee restraint device for vehicles comprises a base plate and a knee protector part fastened to the base plate. The knee protector part has a load distributor plate with openings and has a covering of plastic. The covering has a rear face facing the load distributor plate and a front face directed in an opposite direction. The covering is provided with pins formed on the rear face and is fastened in a form-fitting manner to the load distributor plate by the pins projecting through the openings in the load distributor plate. The pins have free ends which are shaped such that the free ends project radially outwards and over the openings.
