A wearable motion-signaling bag is provided. The bag includes a housing, one or more straps connected to the housing and shaped to be worn by a user; one or more motion sensors; one or more lights contacting at least one surface of the housing; one or more controls configured to be activated by the user; and a microcontroller operable to execute under programmable control and interfaced to one or more of the sensors, the controls, and the lights, the microcontroller configured to provide signals regarding the motion of the user through the lights based on sensed data from the motion sensors and commands from the capacitive controls. The bag can receive commands from a user device and provide the signals based on the commands.

A system and method for electronic personal identity verification is provided. A user is registered with an authentication service, which includes providing to the service a biometric signature associated with the user and information personally known to the user. Identification data that includes the biometric signature is sent from an identification device worn by the user to a user device associated with the user. An input personally known to the user is received into the user device. Encrypted credentials are sent from the user device to the authentication service. The received encrypted credentials are compared to the biometric signature and the information provided to the authentication service. A claims token is sent from the authentication service to the user device upon the encrypted credentials matching the biometric signature and the information provided to the authentication service. An application is accessed via a third party provider using the claims token.

Indicators operable to preview or show the position and relative zoom level of a field of view within a virtual space. Virtual space exploration tools typically make use of a field of view for limiting a user's view of the virtual space and zooming in on a portion of the virtual space. A spherical indicator is provided to show the current position of the field of view within the virtual space, as well as provide an indication of level of zoom. A local field of view indication is also provided to show the current position of the field of view, as well as provide an indication of level of zoom, with respect to a nearby object within the virtual space. Such indicators may be useful in exploring outer space as well as landscapes and any other spaces.

A system for selectively recording a data structure where one or more external program modules are registered. A group of important actions is selected corresponding to both internal program modules and registered external program modules. The system determines if an action associated with one of the internal program modules or one of the registered external program modules has occurred. If the action is an important action, then information associated with the important action is placed into data fields of a data structure. The data structure containing the information is stored in computer memory. The data structure is maintained within a central container or folder in memory, along with previously recorded data structures. The data structure can be automatically deleted after a predetermined threshold of time. A representation of the data structure can be viewed along with representations of previously recorded data structures along a chronological timeline in related groups. The groups are based upon a particular data field of the data structure.
