Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for presenting data from a plurality of computer applications for display. Briefly described, in architecture, one embodiment of the system, among others, can be implemented as follows. A graphical interface control to launch execution of a plurality of computer applications is provided on the computer desktop. In addition, one embodiment of the system includes first logic configured to display a launched first computer application within a first graphical window on the desktop. The first graphical window is capable of being positioned on the desktop by a user, where the positioning of the first graphical window is independent from the positioning of the graphical interface control. In some embodiments, the plurality of computer applications includes call center applications.

Frameless data presentation

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for managing user-sessions. Briefly described, in architecture, one embodiment of the system, among others, includes logic configured to display a user interface for initiating a command to launch a business application on a computer display of a user; logic configured to associate a launched business application with a user-session; logic configured to display business applications of an active session on the computer display; a first user interface control for allowing a user to select a particular business application of an inactive session; and logic configured to display the selected particular business application on the computer display with the business applications associated with the active session. Other systems and method are also provided.

Viewing applications from inactive sessions

A structured document browser includes a constant user interface for displaying and viewing sections of a document that is organized according to a pre-defined structure. The structured document browser displays documents that have been marked with embedded codes that specify the structure of the document. The tags are mapped to correspond to a set of icons. When the icon is selected while browsing a document, the browser will display the section of the structure corresponding to the icon selected, while preserving the constant user interface.
